So, tomorrow I will be heading south for a couple of weeks visiting family & friends which means Sasha is going to have to stay at home.
It's going to be interesting to see how that goes as there hasn't really been a single day in the last few years when she isn't front & centre. Will she be knocking on the car door "let me in, I want to come too"? Not happening though.
As a consolation there is a major shopping spree on the cards so I'm sure she will be peeping round the changing room curtain saying "nah, that doesn't work" Wish me luck.

As you know, Allie hasn't been dressed for some weeks now but that was my choice so I feel for you having to leave Sasha at home.
Needs must though, so you'll just have to enjoy gallivanting as best you can in the meantime 🤣.
Have a great time and recharge the solar batteries in Englandshire before returning to Driechtoon.

@alexina Thank you. Yup, there's plenty of galivanting to do for sure. Also going to see CSS (if you know who they are) on their farewell tour so looking forward to that. After all that driving (well over 3000 miles the last time I did this trip) I will be glad to get back & settle down in my new outfits for a bit. Who knows it may even be sunny by then! That might even tease Allie out of her shell?

@ellyd22 Yeah I guess you could call them that but it is really well named. I last saw them in Sheffield in 2010. Mrs B & I were the oldest people there by a long way, Everyone else seemed to be partaking of blue drinks, very odd, think I'll stick to white wine thanks.
I must admit to never having heard of them so I consulted Dr Google and have just listened to Dynamite. Yeah, I could throw myself around a dancefloor to them.
Re Allie and shells, this is currently a work in progress and I expect to report back in a few months. I shall say no more for now, in order to protect the innocent 😊.

Ah, what indeed? Well, if all goes smoothly and I successfully navigate the minefield that online shopping is turning out to be, I'll be in a position to share but, for the moment, better I keep my own counsel 😊.

@sashabennett Enjoy the road trip and good luck on the shopping front. I do take items with me so stealth mode is possible and invariably add to my wardrobe whilst on my travels, keep up with the skin care and leg shaving

I am also on holiday over in England and have also been to South Wales visiting family and few old friends. Although I understand that for you 'Down South' could mean you are still in Scotland.

@denimwear A long trip for you, it makes mine look like a jaunt to the shops. It certainly doesn't feel like it though, I'm about shopped out now though & ready to spend a few days with my feet up. At least my step count will be way up this month! LOL
It s a tough one having to lock your feminine side away. Joanna hasn’t been seen here in a while, that definitely needs to change!

@ab123 I'd be just as happy to go see CCS or anything featuring Alexis Korner but as you probably know, they didn't last that long. It seems that we always end up on the older end of the scale whenever we get to a gig these days but that's fine with me. Shows I've still got it!
