For ladies in the Houston area. I am considering hosting a small Meet & Greet cocktail party at my home in Clear Lake (an area in Houston on the south side, near NASA and JSC). Somebody has to do it! There are lots of us girls in town but nobody ever casually meets socially. I am not envisioning a sex party. Just a casual meet where we can dress and share out stories, experiences, jokes, maybe have a make-up artist to do a class and offer one on one consults? Arrive either drab and dress inside or arrive dressed and passable? The idea just came to me over coffee and I welcome ideas. I am thinking January or February and if it is a success more in the future.

That sounds interesting. Maybe I’m a scaredy cat but my concern is being around a bunch of people that I don’t know in a house I don’t know. I guess it couldn’t be any worse than at a bar or something.
