Hi Ladies
Now I'll tell you how I learned to walk in heels.
Exercise created by me:
Female walk in a straight line
Female walk in a straight line picking up tennis balls by leaning forward.
Squat walking and picking up balls.
Walking and collecting balls with one leg squatting and the other with a knee touching the ground with crossing of the holds with respect to the knee almost on the ground.
From a straight line (volleyball field edge) then round trip, then the L, L round trip then the entire perimeter + round trip, go up and down the stairs.
All the walks were carried out first with bare feet, then with socks, then with sneakers and then with a 5cm heel fairy shoe and then with an 8cm heel.
Today with 5cm heels I am able to dance the night away or even jump rope.

By watching my sisters and mother then trying it out for myself...It's not just the walking as there is putting them on and taking them off too...
I just bought myself some heels and practiced and practiced until i managed to get the feel of walking in heels, it's just like riding a bike you just have to get the balance right,

I just bought a pair that caught my eye, and carefully took one step at a time. Looked at a few videos, but stuck to the one step at a time routine, and things have gradually improved day by day.

Bought a nice sturdy 3-inch pump and watched a few youtube videos and I watch the fashion channel regularly to see the difference in style of walking but most of all I just kept walking until I found what stride worked for me in different styles of heels, I feel I walk one way in a 5-inch pump than I do in a 3 inch and the same goes for thigh high boots with stiletto or block heels, with different type or height of heel and type of shoe changes which way I might walk in them. It depends on the stability of the shoe also
A lot of trial an error, but in time it just came together. My favorite heel height is now 3 inches, even my wife is amazed just how well I can walk in them. Lol.
I just strapped on a pair and hit the malls. I’m sure my early years of walking in heels looked terrible just like my makeup but with practice Im now able to walk in heels all day long without any problem.
I learned to walk in them when I was like the age of 10 or so.
But when I hit my teenager years. I had a major growth spurt. I went from being a small tiny boy. To this mountain of man that could possibly play for the NBA
I have yet to find high heels that would feet. Sure I can find some that come close to the length. But my feet are so wide, that my foot just covers the entire shoe
Life of being a tall CDer
I put one foot in front of the other and soon I was walking across the floor. To quote an old Christmas special
Went to buy any heels that fitted and put a few pairs on in the store, to find something that worked. I rocked them like a pro and never looked back. The sales clerk couldn't believe that I had never worn heels before.
I was born to heel.
Yeah, some of them can be so fiddley.
You tube videos work well but I learned before the internet. It was somewhat natural for me but wore them doing housework in a 4 inch heel and then practicing by walking malls a lot. Before long a lower three inch heel and block heels were easy and more comfortable. Now I feel completely natural walking slower and one foot in front of the other while keeping shoulders back and chest out. I can glide and dance pretty well now wearing them several days a week
I was very young and my oldter sister had put me into one of her old dresses. She handed me her kitten heels and the rest is history.
My maximum height was 3-inch heels and only for a short time before my ankles and back started to hurt. I rarely wore them because it wasn't comfortable. I took up running and got myself up to 10k marathons after a couple of years. Then I found a cute pair of 3" sandals I wanted to try (from a giveaway box for students). I was amazed because I was able to walk around and it never hurt. I started to experiment with taller heals. I can be in 4" heels comfortably most of the day. 4.3" is bearable and 4.5" is uncomfortable to walk in. If you see women wearing 4.5" heels regularly, their legs are really toned. That's the key. Anyone can master the appearance and form with practice. But to be comfortable in them all day and milling about in your home or outside, you need strength in your legs. I don't know if it's an ankle thing, a calf thing, or a whole leg thing. With running, you strengthen the whole leg (and back).
When you spend good money on shoes, you soon learn to walk in them. For me it was around the house on carpeted floors. Once I felt comfortable, it was outside on hard floors.
Small heels were instant. 4" was quite easy. 6" took a little practice on the uneven pavements where I live. Now, I can walk on heels without thinking about it.
