It's no secret that my real name is now Denise and I present as a female 100% of the time. I have a new set of female friends now and am getting to know them better all the time. I'm happy with the new me and making friends my own gender now as well. I have been taking estrogen for about 5-6 months now and have noticed changes and have developed more of a female body now as well. I just love the fact that my family accepts me as Denise and I think they knew all along that I am female.
I went out for a girls night out last night with my sister and her friend we had a blast. We went out to eat, then went to a concert together. I loved it when the server at the restaurant came over and said, can I get you ladies something to drink? And we ordered our drinks. I got ma'amed a few times too it felt so good. I have worked hard and it has become a dream come true. I love waking up every day as a woman.
Good to hear that things are going well for you. It is a few steps too far for me but I can see how things can change for anyone.
