Well I guess it's silly, but for me it was a big step in the process of accepting my feminine person, it is and surely will be where Felicity can express herself and say everything that she couldn't for a long time, talk about her feminine tastes and dreams, as a person unrestricted by guilt, shame, and fear that for many years prevented her from being able to express herself freely as she is now doing with you, tell me women, have you also had a journal to express yourself and your feelings? hugs girls

That is wonderful. I started a journal shortly after coming out to my wife and starting therapy. I find it very helpful in being able to express my feelings, thoughts and experiences of a side of myself I kept hidden for a long time. I also find it useful to remind me of things I want to discuss with my therapist. I find it to be good therapy in and of itself. Enjoy your writing.
XOXO

I have a gratitude journal that I write in every day to remind myself of all I am grateful for. It is amazing to look back on it now and then.
