Its so hard to pick my favorite must have items I could not be happy with one Item I would probably just give up though if only one it would have to be my Breasts as they make me feel the most feminine. Heels second. but I would still be miserable So I guess 3rd would be makeup since I could grow my hair . I used to have this conversation with myself alot as I was always keeping my stash to a minimum but fortunately I dont have to anymore but I keep thinking it. whats my favorite and what could I live without If I had to. it would suck though as I love it all. but If i had a gun to my head to coin a phrase. boobs. heels and makeup. thats my list 🙂 Have a wonderful day. I never thought of If I had 3 wishes thats a different animal. . 1 That everyone in the world accepted everyone for whoever and whatever they want to be and just judged people by actions. 2 I hate to sound like a miss America contestant and say world peace . 😉 But maybe we can solve world hunger at least no children should go without food. 3 That I could do it all over again as a woman but I want to remember my life as it is. too many friends and wonderful times that I would not want to change or miss out on Plus I would know to invest in Apple google and Amazon early. For me it's a no brainer...
1 - I'd wish I was female
2 - I'd wish for youth
3 - I'd wish for beauty

well i really dont know, but if i have to choose it would be wisdom, courage and hight self esteem to avoid a lot of turbulence in my life, the crossdressing things would be the result of the previous three

Hmm. I sense an exploit and an opportunity....
This fun little exercise deems that I shall be provisioned with 3 things of my choosing. But by whom? A higher power? Aliens? Jeff Bezos? Whatever....
I could happily spend the rest of my days naked with a lifetime supply of HRT, facial surgery, and bottom surgery.
That's all I really need....
The exercise places no limits on what others may gift me at any time in the future. And I believe that with the 3 things I've chosen, I will not be naked for long! As a matter of fact, I believe I will have pretty much everything I wish for!

If I could only have three material things to become "a material girl in a material world", from someone had the power to guarantee them to me, they would be: a good pair of tits, swaying hips and better legs. But I know me well and I would ask for respect, love and safety to keep my worries away.

Three things I'd save from an enforced purge:
a pair of breastforms (B/C cup),
a pair of heels (white sandals),
my favourite summer dress.
Three things I'd wish a higher power to grant me:
a four-inch or more reduction in height - no taller than 5'8", but still in proportion
further reductions in size of hands & feet, there are so few nice shoes in UK10 (EU44) or above especially wide
a faster metabolism that would keep weight off like it used to!

That's how I interpreted it. My 3:
- My red French manicure stick-on nails;
- My 6" red/white/black platforms;
- My red wig
If we're talking "wish granting":
- My 25yo body/figure (ahh, sweet, sweet cartilage!);
- A shoe size of US 10...maybe 9;
- Hm...world peace seems a waste - people would ruin it in under 5 minutes. Wealth I suppose lol

Then again, there's a lot about me that's eminently lovable! 
1) a delorean where i can reach 88 and go back in time to reverse the screw ups in my life regarding my health
2) I was abolished at a job over 16 years ago, and at that time I quickly took the pension from that job and converted into a pension fund at my bank. Again, using the same delorean, I'd go back and hang onto that work pension as my next job I could've transferred that pension fund and retired much earlier at full pension vs. a reduced pension.
3) introduced Wendy to my wife much earlier in our relationship.

Since you say "items", I assume you me physical things, so my list would be a dress, a nice bra and panty set, and some breast forms to fill my bra.
I wish for....
The ability to grow up as a girl/woman and experience all that comes with it
Health to allow me to enjoy all of the above
The ability to understand what it means to really be a woman and how to enjoy it in every way
I think with all this, the details would take care of themselves and my life unfolds.
