I was getting a pedicure this morning and the woman doing it asked if I wanted polish. There was a mother about 50 and her daughter across from me and the mother was constantly looking at me while the staff member worked on my feet and legs. I decided to have a little fun and spoke to the mom and daughter and asked what color I should use on my toes. The mom laughed and said men don't do that but the daughter said go with red. She then told her mom men wear polish on their nails and toes now all the time. The mom said "well they shouldn't". I looked at the staff member and said I want a candy apple red polish. When she finished and I got up and slipped on my sandals the daughter said your toes really look good...the mom admitted she had never seen a guy with polish on their toes. I told her get used to it because us men want to look good just like you do. I don't think the mother noticed I had shaved legs and had on women's shorts and top. It's been a wonderful day!

I was being mocked by a chick and her friend while having a pedicure...until I told her, her tatoos of the unicorn looked really feminine.
They were all snakes crawling around skulls... 😉 They shut up and sulked the rest of the time there.
Hi Sandy You can be sure of one thing hey noticed everything They my have not said anything but woman notice everything. I was wearing a cute pair of leather sandals I just bought and was hoping no one would notice at least right away. My daughter just walked by me and said I love those sandals with out looking down and kept walking. What could I say but thank you. I am happy for you had a nice interesting day. Maybe there is hope for us with the next generation of people.

I've gone with my wife to get pedi's monthly for a while now, dressed variously so the staff know me by both names now. It's the only place outside that knows both names. I always get sparkly colors, and although sometimes GG customers will look, only one has spoken to me, and she liked my color choice. No one had ever said anything negative.

I get pedis quite often, and always with color, this time a sparkly fuscia color, I've never had any strange occurrences, other than that gal next to me saying once that she wished her husband would come and get work done, his feet look like hooves.....I've also had my piggies out and about in color for several years now, maybe some looks, probably more to my strappy sandals and womens "short" shorts...
