Good morning girls,
Well, today is my birthday. Apparently, I now understand the meaning of life but since it’s still early on this cold, wet and windy summer’s day, I’m assuming that will come later *giggles*
Due to a herniated disc in my neck causing significant pain and discomfort, I’ve not been able to dress for some time (beginning of May) and that on top of the health issues and some crap going on at work, I’ve been left feeling quite down.
When I woke up this morning, I was determined to dress as much as I could. I knew it wouldn’t be to my normal levels since I can’ t even put my own socks on just now, but I have forced myself (wincing through the pain) to get on panties, skirt and a strappy top. No bra unfortunately due to restrictions in arm movement.
I only have until 3pm when wife finishes work, but what a wonderful few hours it’s going to be. I fully intend to (try) to forget everything else and just enjoy myself for a little while. Nothing special planned, just being around the house dressed and being on here immersing myself in all things CDH.

Happy Birthday! I hope you manage to get relief from this disc problem. My wife ended up having to get two spinal fusions to sort her difficulties, but the relief was immediate. Don't know if there is a mechanical fix to your issue, but I'll pray for you.
