i wear jeans every day in male mode. i don't like blue in any of my cd clothes. then someone told me they loved their jean skirts. so, i bought one.  to my surprise i loved it. it's a nice look without really sticking out in a crowd. i now have 3 jean skirts. also have some jean sandals but don't like them because they don't fit well. i would like to find some jean sandals or open toe knee high boots, but that's going to be almost impossible because the size i need are far between.

@prettytoes

I absolutely love my short denim skirts and have enjoyed many girly outings wearing them.

@prettytoes I have one jean skirt I've had for decades. Yes, if it doesn't wear out I usually keep it. It's just above the knee and very comfortable to wear. It's versatile as I can wear it in summer bare legged, in fall and winter with tights and practically all shoes go with it from flats and sandals to winter boots. It's like the "Jill of all trades" skirt.

@prettytoes I also love my 2 Denim skirts along with my Denim short short, Day's I dress the Denim skirt a a easy choice, looks  great with black tights and knee hi boots or ankle boots. I have had several comments on my Denim. In the summer I wear my shorts working in the yard or house.

I have a lot of jean skirts from midi to scandalously short.  But, my favorite is a jean midi-length jean dress from Target.   It buttons down the front and has a front slit from the hem to above the knees.

@prettytoes I have had two shortish jean skirts and I loved them both.  They look great with fishnets!

Don’t know what it is but I LOVE denim skirts! They seem to pair well with everything. It’s fun getting creative.  Since I’m a “boot girl” they work great with all sorts of boots so you can go casual/comfy or dressy.

I love my denim skirt, I bought it at an away job when I didn't bring anything to wear. It was inexpensive and on sale, very happy I bought it. My wife bought a denim skirt about 2 years ago and it's been sitting on her shelf in the closet with the tags still on it. Finally last week I just couldn't take it anymore and I tried it on. Perfect fit, just above the knees, with a split halfway up the front. Now I have to come up with a way to ask if I could have it, since she told me years ago not to wear her clothes, how would I know that it fits.

@blondsherri Be careful Sherri, a deal’s a deal, don’t forget.

How about “Honey, whatever happened to that denim skirt you bought - can’t recall seeing you wearing it ever? If you don’t want it, may I try it out, save me buying another one maybe?”

Let me know?

I have three denim skirts, one I had shortened to 18" for an above the knee miniskirt. The other two remain at 23". They are the most comfortable skirts to wear.

I have an above the knee straight denim skirt and a button up denim dress, both get a reasonable amount of wear, very easy to style

Hi Rachel,  You might try gluing strips of jean material onto an old pair of boots to get an effect that you want.  Use Shoegoo for the best adhesion.  Also I have 5 jean skirts.  3 of them I made out of old jeans so I get perfect fit with minimal cost and they look aged of course.  I keep the best stretch jean material from an old pair of jeans legs.  Then I cut and sew until I've got a large piece of fabric from the 2 legs (it's usually just a seam or two.  And then fold over the top and bottom to sew a hem (or leave the bottom ragged if you want a boho look). And then I've got a perfect fit jean skirt.  You might consider trying something like this before you toss your old stretch pair out and you'll save some landfill space.  If you can't sew just glue or staple the pieces together and take it to someone that does sew.  It's a simple sewing job and you might be rewarded with the perfect fit.  I also cut the legs off of old jeans and make my best pairs into jean shorts.  If you want a nice leg just roll a cuff and glue it in place with fabric glue (best) or if you're desperate use a hot glue gun carefully.  It's just simple quiet fun work and less mess and effort than replacing a clutch.   Party on,  Marg

I love my two denim miniskirts: both are about 4” above the knee, one mid wash blue and one black. They seem to go with everything.

I love my two denim skirts, they are my absolute favourites, both are midi length one with a slit up the front and the other has buttons down the front. Usually worn with tights and white trainers. The one with the slit up the front has to be worn carefully or knickers get a view. I won't go mini due to my advanced age - it just would not look right.

Not something I would wear. I rarely wear jeans in male mode either.

Gotta love a denim mini!!!!!

I have a few denim minis, but my favourite one is VERY short, but I look and feel so good in it! I can only wear it with thick tights, and I have to be very careful when I sit down 😉

The others are great, but this one seriously empowers me. I really do feel amazing when I wear it.

Two of my denim skirts are black/nearly black. They don't have to be blue 🙂 I have a red one too. That one is quite special, but red stands out. I'm careful where I wear that one to.

I have a denim skort and a denim dress with snaps up the front. I like wearing both of them. My wife found a denim skirt for me on Amazon and is going to order it for me. Denim is very easy to wear and is easy to match with shoes or boots as well as tops and accessories. I love the look.

XOXO

I've got three jean skirts in total and I'm always looking for more. I usually pair them with tee tops which makes for an easy comfortable look that looks nice. It's kind of my "everyday" look, and fun to accessorize. And they're great for showing off my legs!
