I’ve been on pins and needles waiting for my time to fully dress up 👗and go out!
So to “quench my thirst” I’ve been wearing underwear and knee highs while I’m out. What do you ladies do when your out as a male; to service to your female side?
@jeried I shall be going out as a male in a few minutes, only to fill up the car for a road trip tomorrow. As usual, in man mode, I will be in stealth. Like you, I will be wearing underwear and knee high nylons, a bra and my forms. Over that are womens straight leg jeans, a femme sweatshirt and a femme fleece jacket. On my feet are womens sneakers (trainers). All femme but no wig so my female side is serviced quite nicely. My road trip tomorrow will be similarly dressed but no bra or forms since I am taking one of my kids to an appointment. On second thoughts, I can probably get away with wearing a sports bra tomorrow underneath my outer clothes.
I like to go shopping pretending that your buying something for a girl friend or wife. But really I'm exploring for my own pleasure.
I'm still building my wardrobe for such occasions. I compensate for a meager wardrobe by wearing the most colorful bright panties I have with a satin top which I can use as a t-shirt. In jacket weather I add a sports bra. Another option I had last summer was a neutral colored woman's polo shirt.
I absolutely love the knee-high stockings idea! I love reading the other posts here and learning girl, you've got to get going on this! So, two new woman's shirts arrive by tomorrow night.
@jeried I know this feeling all to well. So yes I do lots to tidy me over. I wear panties and a bralette daily. Pantyhose and a camisole in the cooler months under my male clothes. Keep my toenails painted most of the time. When out other then work I wear women’s jeans and tops, light makeup and a splash of perfume.
@jeried I wear panties daily and dress 24/7 at home (thanks to a very supportive wife) if going out I tend to wear knee high socks or nylons. Cold day maybe pantyhose and tights. I wear a size 16L belted jeans, and again cold days I’ll slip on a bra (no forms), always a cami, a scoop neck shirt or a ribbed knit. All under a Levi’s Jean Jacket. My hair is long enough that I can style it with way I need it as. I might have a light coating of makeup, or tinted lip balm. I tend to wear clear nail polish most of the time when I go out, I don’t go out with colors on my nails, unless I’m wear my gloves to cover them (again winter time). Other times of the year I need to wear a lot less. This is my first spring and summer out as a woman! Can’t wait to see what fashions I will buy!

While such feelings of anticipation are no longer an issue for me, I do recall the time early in my exploration of my feelings. From the beginning, I wore panties full time regardless if my outfit was outwardly masculine or feminine. I also slowly began to add feminine items of clothing such as jeans, tees, and sweaters, that were not overly feminine in appearance. Today, I doubt that I have more than 3 pairs of mens jeans, and am most likely wearing womens jeans regardless if my generally appearance is masculine,

I underdress daily, sometimes even with tights or stocking and garters under my clothes. I also have some ambiguously feminine jewelry, mostly rings. If I'm not at work, I'm not adverse to a bit of gender bending; I might wear leggings or girl jeans with some drab shirt and a leather jacket. And mascara. There's no time that there's not some femininity going on, underdressing at a minimum; I own one pair of men's underwear, for trips to the doctor, but that's it.

I went shopping with my sister in the Boxing Day sales. When we were driving home, it struck me that AT NO POINT during five hours of shopping was I remotely interested in buying any male clothes.
That set me to wondering ... when was the LAST time I bought male clothes, either in person or online?
I was a little shocked to realise it was actually about four years ago.
I still HAVE male clothes, since I present at work as male, but things like shirts are getting distinctly threadbare. I'm happy to look for women's clothes CONSTANTLY on eBay, but I'm not replacing male clothes as they wear out.
Like Nikki, I now only possess ONE PAIR of serviceable underpants 🙁

@emilyalt You're not wrong. I recall the quietly curious looks at my pale lavender toenails, the radiology tech even complimented me. I'm just starting with a new doc after my old doc of 25 years retired. Maybe I'll just go on femme and get it over with!
I'm lucky that I can be Cerys as and when I like. About the only place I won't go to as Cerys is work, even though they know.
I haven't owned male underwear for many years, 10 or more, probably closer to 20. So I'm always underdressed. I only ware a bra to keep my boobs in place, so no boobs, no bra. I'll often wear bodysuits under my drab clothing, mainly for practical reasons, when it's cold etc. They are an extra layer. I'll also often wear tights for the same reason.
I nearly always have earrings in. usually gold or silver hoops. I wear my hair tied back, but I'll usually have a brightly coloured or sparkly bobble.
There are lots of ways to scratch the itch. It all depends on how deep you need to scratch 🙂

I’ll wear a sports bra or bralette and panties with tights. After all it’s February and cold. Ladies boots and boot socks and ladies jeans and perhaps a turtleneck and ladies sweater. If it’s really cold add a ladies flannel shirt. Ladies scarf and gloves and a winter coat.

I underdress 24/7, tho on warm summer OZ days its only panties. Cooler weather, bralette and camisole.
Winter, heavy duty tights, panties and the cami gets replaced by ladies thermal short sleeve singlets
I dont own any female outerwear such as jeans etc, Can wear them in male mode).
"Crossdressing is a winter sport", so save going punblic for the cooler months of the year and "dress my (declining years) age. Sensible skirts blouses and cardigans
