looking for some feed back

so I am very new here but me and a friend are going to be opening a cafe/ safe space.

we are still in the early stages right now but we are going to make this happen.  It will be an LGBT+ cafe, our idea is to give people under the drinking age in the uk (which is 18) somewhere they can go and engage with the community without fear of repercussions or judgement. We also want to give people over the drinking age but are not comfortable with the bar and club scene somewhere to go.

we have also been asked (and we dont even have a location yet) by a trans support group (will get proper details as it was my business partner that was talking about this) if they would be able to use our space when we do eventually get set up and open.

so we also plan on doing a crowdfunding thing down the line in which it has been suggested I cross-dress for the pitch video. the thought of this is both pretty exciting but also terrifying. since other than a few close friends and family members this would be a coming out video of sorts.

like to be perfectly honest I am not even sure what i am trying to say at this point so if you are reading this thank you for sticking with my ramble. but what I will ask is given the information I have mentioned would this kind of establishment be something people would be interested in? at this point, we are just trying to get a general gauge of would people actually want this.

also, i suppose I am venting my feelings about making a video to be shared with everyone where I come out as a crossdresser.
