Right now I am sitting at 6 ft 2 and about 250lbs. Makes it very hard to feel/look like the female me I want to be. Planning on going to a party in october and I want to look my best in a dress.
I do ride a bike. I just recently got back to it and I'm watching what I eat. Are there any good OTC fat burners that work in conjunction with my bike? Anyone have a good success story dropping 50 lbs?

By dietician shore lost.......alcohol, beer, Wine. No form...... fast health goods, no wheat/corn breads. Liquid by of organges or sodas, apples and fruits.

The only way I've dropped weight and managed to keep it off is simply by eating less food (avoiding fatty foods and eating healthy foods) plus exercising more. Then retaining my diet and exercise regimen afterwards.
My weight still fluctuates up sometimes - sigh 🙂
Eat less....move more! I have followed this for years.

I'll admit that I have some extra weight on me. Moving around at work keeps more of it from accumulating.
