I want to thank my wonderful sisters of CDH for giving me more and more strength to spread my wings by being myself in places I would have never thought visiting as Karynn. In the last few weeks I have attended a church where I didn't know a soul. I had a manicure, pedicure, and nails polished. Today I went to a tire store and had tires installed, went into convenience store for items and a car wash, and even a courthouse with security guards checking bags.
6 months ago I would haven't been able to get the courage to visit these venues if it hadn't been for the wonderful people here. I have a problem now as I feeling that I want to spend more and more time as Karynn. Time will tell.
Hi Karynn,
This is really good news!
I am glad to hear that you have gained so much confidence.
Like you, when I first joined this very supportive group I wouldn't have gone out and about nearly so boldly as I do now.
You will find that wanting to spend more and more time as Karynn is as very common phenomenon.
I have also found that, the more time I spend in my feminine persona the more time I want to spend.
These days I am rarely in male mode.
I too would like to thank our wonderful sisters once again for all their support and friendship.

We may have encouraged you but it’s you that recognition for your strength and courage for your courage to go out. Stepping out the door is so scary but once you do, you realize that you can do it ! Congrats. Very happy for you
So happy for you Karynn. Once you are comfortable with yourself then the world is comfortable with you.
So happy for you, Karynn. That is the same way CDH worked for me. I am out as Cassie almost all the time, have a part time job at Torrid and am super happy just being my fem self . All thanks to everyone here at CDH.

Thank you ladies for your commentary regarding your experiences of being out and about.. we are so grateful to Vanessa who had the vision to bring CDH to like minded ladies to bring out and share their feminine persona.. by offering friendship and support. Regards, Leonara’

How wonderful for you to have those experiences. The support that is given here is nice to get. When I first came here a few years ago I had just come to the realization that dressing is part of me and was something I hid from myself as well as the rest of the world. I came out to my wife, got a therapist and told her. Other than that the only ones to know and see me dressed are a few ladies I met at a support group once. I haven't been as brave as you to go out fully dressed but do underdress at times. I've had mani - pedi's and had my nails polished when in drab and thoroughly enjoyed it, it's a date my wife and I do every couple months. Hope you have more experiences like the ones you had.
XOXO

Good for you Karynn. It sure beats just being dressed at home. The experience of being out as a girl is not only thrilling but becomes more natural for us. Enjoy now your womanhood
I haven't been a member of CDH for long, only a few days in fact. But I love how caring and supportive everyone is here. Girl power rocks!
Karynn, I'm so happy for you. You have achieved your heart's desire. And you shouldn't think of it as a problem, but rather as another step on your journey. Take it one step at a time, and enjoy it.
After you first start going out, it gets very addictive very quickly as you are finding out. Enjoy this new stage of your dressing journey!
That is wonderful! Little compares to the freedom of being yourself in public.
I started venturing out about 13 years ago and honestly, the experience has even routine things like buying groceries more enjoyable.
