So i have a friend i have known for about 24 years now who is a professional drag queen. Although he jokingly hits on me a lot, he is a very cool person.
Well, my wife is awesome and accepting of my cding, she does have her limits. She is not ready to see me fully in Ronnie mode. I however would like to explore a day as my femme side and was thinking of asking for his help.
I talked with my wife about it and she is ok with it but im not sure how to approach him with the idea.
I've known him for a long time. Since i was a teen. He even helped me come to terms with my bisexuality when I was younger.
I know he is a totally accepting and non judgemental kind of person but I just dont know how to ask him if he will help.
Ronnie....hello. I am quite sure your friend would love to help you in this matter.....simply ask him. Drag queens are mostly all about fashion....sometimes....no make that a lot of time are really interested presentation...albeit outrageous at times. Like us...they are good people.

I would love to have a drag queen friend, and if I did, I'd for sure seek their help spending more time as Xandi. I assume your friendship is solid enough that you can be honest and open about expectations and limits? As long as your friend knows about you, I wouldn't think a simple request for guidance would come as a surprise or a burden. I guess you could also talk about how, while Drag queens are wonderful, they're also different from many CDs, trans, and/or gender creative people.
