Nail polish

Once in a while I’ll polish my nails.  I like red and pink shades.  You’re right that you look at your nails often during the day.

I polish my toes regularly and am getting to where I keep polish On them.

as I am in the closet I don't get to polish my fingernails very often, but when I do I love it so much.

I will have to check out that color.

My toenails are painted fulltime with the color changing every 1-2 weeks. My fingernails take a beating at work but I still paint them fairly often, I run the spectrum with colors and sparkles etc.

I love reds and pinks the most also.

My favorite red is Sinful Colors brand    "Ruby Ruby"

My favorite pink is Revlon 276 very girly pink.

I keep my toes color polished all the time and thank goodness I can still bend my knees enough to do it myself still.  Shades of red and pink are my favorite.  My fingernails are almost always clear polished, and my days off they are colored to match my toenails.

When removing old polish, if you ever observe white spots on your nails, particularly toes, that means it is time to give your nails some "breathing time," meaning you need to go without polish for several weeks.

I used to leave polish on my toes year round.  After a few years of this, I began to observe white spots on the toe nails.  Went to the dermatologist and she immediately told me to stop painting my nails for about three months.  She suggested I do what she does.  Leave polish on your nails for about six to eight weeks, then go without polish for three to four weeks.  She said taking breaks from polish will give the nails a chance to breath.

I know this is difficult to do in the summer, when we wear all those pretty eye-catching sandals.  During the hot months, when I wear sandals all the time, I adopted a schedule of going to the nail salon every five or six weeks.  Sometime around week four, I remove the polish and leave it off for two weeks, then I go to the nail salon for a pedicure.  This schedule seems to have kept the white spots away.

During the cold winter months, I tend to leave the polish off for longer periods and don't go to the nail salon as often as I do in the summer.

i keep my fingernails groomed with a clear polish all the time.  I’ve been wanting to check out a subtle color, maybe next week.   I love the shine and they way they glint when they catch the light.

I recently switched from a clear matte finish to a clear glossy finish.   I love the way they sparkle when the light catches them.

I’m totally hooked on nail polish to the point I hate how my hands look without color. It’s full time from now on.

I love having my nails polished. I often plan my schedule of male actvities around when I can keep my nails polished. Due to commitments I often have to polish my nails twice a week. I get them done at a salon about every three weeks. In addition to liking how my nails look when polished, I think that it presents a more committed image to people with whom I interact.

Goodness yes, I often have all 20 of them painted!. I work with a keyboard, and drive a lot so am always looking at them.

This week she has me in a pretty bold blue with just the tiniest hint of glitter.

Love nail polish, just wish i could wear it all day everyday but im stuck with a few hours usually in the evening or when im alone at home.
