I never seen to find out about these odd National Day of... whatever... until it's too late to enjoy it. This high work load I've got going blows chunks. Oh well, at least the O/T is good...

I didn't know it was PPD.  Now I know what I'm having for lunch.

My favorite is a Chicago style deep dish meat lovers with jalapeño peppers, and a nice application of crushed red peppers.  The Italian restaurant here is Milanese, but they will make them if you ask.  Just don't eat anything the whole day before, guaranteed to blow a diet to pieces.

I haven't had a pizza, pepperoni or any other in the last 5 years. I can't say that I have missed them. Whatever national day it is, I have just pulled a homemade chicken vindaloo out of the freezer for tonights dinner. Better than a glorified open sandwich any day!   🙂
