I've been watching more Disney lately with my young daughter (she's 4). Looking back those dresses are beautiful. Lately I'm just thinking about how to do makeup like that and where to get Belle's yellow ball room dress. Due to life circumstances that's not happening anytime time soon. As of now, its just in my head.

You can get the dress on Amazon. I found several very close to it when I was looking for my Alice dress for Halloween. As far as makeup look for makeup artists locally on Google.
