Can't you stay long periods dressed in women's clothing because of your work? Are you afraid to wear panties and bras under men's clothing during the day - or do you use them but would also prefer to wear dresses, skirts and other women's outwear?

What if you could spend several straight hours a day - on average, 8 hours - crossdressing?

You can enter the interesting world of nighties ....

Yes, why wear boring men's pajamas if you can wear a beautiful satin or lace nightie?

If you like to wear dresses, this is a great option.

Maybe you won't be able to spend most of your time looking in the mirror - after all, you will be asleep. But waking up wearing a beautiful nightie can be very enjoyable.

I don't have a nightie yet, but I plan on buying one - or more than one ...

I really like satin, it is a soft fabric, pleasant to the touch and has thermal comfort.

Lace nightgowns are sexier and are also beautiful.

If you want something more comfortable, there are cotton nighties.

In fact, many nighties combine elements cotton, satin, lace and tulle.

Some nightgowns have transparency (tulle), so it's important that you wear matching panties.

There are nighties with a pocket bra, and some even have hooks on the back, like a bra.

If you like to wear a bra, it can be an interesting experience. But since you probably don't have breasts, you need to be careful not to deform the cups while sleeping.

Do you feel like experimenting with nightgowns?

How many nightgowns do you have?

What do you feel when wearing nightgowns?

I have tried nightgowns, nylon slips, chemise's and other women's sleepwear but I sleep restless and always woke up wrapped in them like a burrito. I wish I could sleep in them because some are very cute and beyond sexy. So I sleep in a fitting tank top and booty type shorts.

No experimenting here; I got my wife's OK to wear nighties a little over a year ago, and have worn nothing else since. Three ankle-length "winter" gowns, and three short nighties, which are worn most of the year. But I do need to shop for a couple more.

Nighties — chemises specifically — are my favorite. I’ll never forget the first time I really crossdressed head to toe when I was out of town for work. Wig, makeup, painted nails, completely shaved — the whole 9 yards. Went shopping en femme, had an amazing experience. Came back, took off my heels and dress, pantyhose and bra — (almost forgot the makeup! Lol. Remembered after I put my head down and got the pillow cover a little smeared).

Slipped into a silky nightie, kept my wig on, pulled my hair to one side and laid my head down. Never slept so well in all my life. Alarm woke me up. Brushed the hair from my eyes (oh, heaven), looked down as my nightie had slid up my leg and revealed the curve of my behind being caressed by my silky panties, and I thought to myself — “went to bed as a girl, woke up as a girl. Wish I could do this every night...”

Then I touched my face, and the overnight beard growth ruined the fantasy! Lol.

Ahhh...memories... Great thread! Thanks! 😊

God bless,
Steph

I love a baby doll nightie or chemise of satin or lace with panties. Just have gotten so use to it now.

Yes, nighties are a must. I love baby dolls! I used to travel on weekends for my job. I always took a baby doll in my travel bag. If I had to stay overnight in a motel I was all set.

At home I used to sleep in just panties as I was still in the closet and couldn't risk discovery by my house mates. Once out on my own and in my own place my clothing came out of the closet which brought me out of the closet. Now I wear feminine clothing 24/7 and sleep in nothing but baby dolls. I find I actually sleep better in them then anything else. I have 3 baby dolls and a few other styles, I NEED more baby dolls!

I have ten nighties, a mix of spaghetti strap calf and knee length, tee shirt style knee length and ankle length nighties. I do have pj's also but not a single pair of men's pj's. My pj's are again a mix, some colourful short pajamas, some thick fleecy long sleeve, long panted ones for the winters and others made up as I went along from light leggings & tops, all told about twelve sets of pj's.

I love sleeping in nighties! They are so comfy! I used to sleep in just my panties and when my fiancé needed some new sleepwear I asked if I could get myself one and she agreed to it. That 1st night sleeping in it was heaven. That was the only one I had for a bit until we went shopping one day and she wanted to go look at sleepwear in the store we were in. I was on one side of the rack and she was on the other . She came around to my side with an armload of nighties, pajama sets and the like. I said you think you have enough? She said they're not all for me and handed me 3 of them and said these are yours. I was very excited and I love all of them.

So yeah nighties are awesome! I love sleeping in them. So super comfy!

Nighties are the only way to sleep, my first CD experience was in one of my sisters nighties she let me try on, I was about fifteen at the time and now over eighty, and have enjoyed every night for over sixty five years wearing nighties, My wife also shares my love for silky nightgowns, sometimes we wear matching nighties that adds to the fun, I have over fifty nighties and several dozen slips that I often sleep in. I love all the colors and floral prints and the more lacy the better .

I know that feeling, you wake up in the embrace of a silky nightie feeling fantastic  then rub your chin and....POOF....fantasy evaporates just like that.

I probably have 6 or 8. Can't sleep in pajamas. Night gowns just seem natural now.

I am still in the male PJ's camp, but 9nderdresed in cami and panties. When travelling on my "charity overnighters" I still wear pj's, but of course very femme ones. I have a lovely summer cami and french knicker set but that hs to go under male summer pj's

Where this is all going is in about six weeks, I'm FINALLY! going to shave my whole bod. And that's when I'll buy a couple of lovely full length nighties. Again sadly just for travel days

Decades ago I wore nighties, but with male leg hair rubbing against "itself" it feel decidedly  "un femme"
