So she says “So Sunday’s Father’s Day” yup I replied. “Was that just a statement or something more?” I asked hopefully wishing for some acceptance of my desires. “No” she replied “Just sad that’s all” All my hopes just got flushed, where I thought she might relent a little I find that my day is actually her day by her thinking I’m not acting like a father should. Guess it’s going to be a drab father’s day for me.

I will be in drab visiting relatives on Sunday. I agree, sad.
Granted, I have no children of my own but isn't it supposed to be a day of celebration of those who have fathered children? You know, one half of a baby-making tag team? It's not Happy "Male", or "Man" Day, its Fathers day. It concerns your children, not dressing habits. Nothing should take from that. 🙂

Katie so sorry about that “attitude”. I am my children’s father and my wife’s husband no matter what I may be in my heart or how I dress. My wifey and I love each other and our children and would never take those special moments from one another based on attire. Hi Katie Its up to you not anyone else to determine what kind of day you will have When you rely on others to determine how you feel then you are destined to feel bad. If you fathered those children then you are the father no matter how you are dressed. You can dress up in a pink bunny suit or a string bikini That's totally up to you. Happy Fathers Day.
