Where to wear it could be a problem but it looks gorgeous. Personally I find that dresses with long arms lengths present a problem for me as they are not long or large enough. Ah well.
According to the reviews, it runs very small. It may be a tight fit. As to where, just about anywhere, just act like you are headed to dance or away from it.
Me personally, I don't have the legs for it.

It may not be very practical for every day,b if you like it and it makes you feel pretty or sexy and you can afford it, I say go for it girlfriend.

Gloria - oh girl, Capezio shiny dance tights make ANY legs look divine! And they are tough as nails... no runs! You would look fabulous in that dress! 🙂

Even sleeves that have thumb holes fit great. I have a picture in my gallery of me wearing a silver unitard with thumb holes, and you can tell the sleeves fit perfectly. I don't know, maybe give one a try? The fabric of the sleeves would certainly be a factor. The suits and leotards of mine all have spandex sleeves. I guess if the sleeves were sheer or some type of lace that didn't stretch they wouldn't be long enough. I'm not sure on this dress. Looks to be stretchy.

I was actually JUST thinking maybe some pleather leggings and patent strappy sandals with 3+ inch heel under that dress would look REALLY cool... almost formal. Oooohhh... it would be SOO "edgy" and unbelievably sexy. I'd have to figure out how to hide a corset under it, to make sure I had a waist. Maybe corset OVER it would be the way to go...
