Hello girls...
I'm getting there, starting to feel like the old grace, starting to love myself again.
Tonight I had some dark moments so I followed doctor's orders...feel anxious?...don't worry, find something to do that you enjoy..nudge nudge, wink wink!!
Okay...panties, bra, forms, sparkly t- shirt, maroon leggings, yellow ankle boots, big furry hooded parka...topped with fav brown/ blonde highlights hair, a new grey crochet cap and maroon handbag...no makeup except red lippy, despite the mask...old habits die hard....so off we go....
I went outside, and I can feel my demeanour changing by the second...I felt alive again..omg, this is SO me..
Hit the store, not mentioning names, ask Amanda!!!....
Once inside, straight to the clothes, another terrible habit, but what's a girl to do???..looking through everything pink or leopard... suddenly thought, hang on a minute,, doc said mix up your life, try new things....okay.
Press release, grace bought a lemon coloured bra, a white lace bra, black leggings, a flowery???? blouse and some lemon panties.
No, grace has not been replaced by aliens...( Helps Steph plumb off the floor)....even the checkout girl loved the lemon colour...
I guess I just needed a change...will I wear it all...well Def not all at once, but I love the lemon undies and bra already.....and the best thing....
I smiled ALL the walk home...
I love you ladies, I'm getting back to how I know I want to be...thanks doc... and thank YOU ALL for your support...it takes seconds to type a message, but it goes so deep and it's wonderful.

Grace its lovely to hear your feeling better and more positive. Just a thought on my part would you venture out in better weather in a lemon dress no coat.

I hate that you're dealing with something behind the scenes, but that post made me laugh. Especially the part about aliens and Stephanie. But yes, always try something new. You never know if you like it until you try it.

M'Lady Grace, Old Grace, New Grace, I'm just glad Gracie is here. Sounds like a wonderful shopping trip. I'd go shopping too but I have pretty much everything though Costco is having a really nice sale on female jeans. I will go take a look at those. Plus I need to buy some salmon filets, my wife likes Costco's salmon.
You may not be aware, but here in Canada today is Pink T-shirt Day (part of the anti-bullying movement). So Yes, I have my pink t-shirt on. My SO has not commented on it at all. And now she's gone to babysit the grandkids for a few hours so I've added my pink and white flowers on a blue background flirty skater skirt.
We are having a gorgeous day, the temp is up to 2 degrees Celsius. Snow is melting BUT the forecast is for more snow to fall all weekend. Fingers crossed.
