Never had a package lost but have had a few issues with orders being split up or after ordering something that was in stock to find it’s out of stock and it’s never shows up.  Happened once with a pair of heels I had been looking for a long time and was super excited I found them o my to be let down when they didn’t have any to send.

I had issues with the BFStore as I live in Canada but the prices on the website were in American dollars so that created a hassle. I did chat with them and they said they would work at pricing clarity.

I live in an apartment and package thieves are rampant. I never have any real issue aside from the odd delay but I also do customer service at my job and know there is a lot of issues that can crop up

I’ve order a lot thru Amazon. A few times it starts off as 2-3 days, then after 3 days the order hasn’t left yet. Then after a few more days the status of delivery changes to a week. 3 times this has happened, I just reordered the same item and once it is shipped I cancel the first one, that still hasn’t been shipped. It seems to be a snag in the system. My wife also has had that same problem when order some of her sewing items.
It seems to happen more with items not shipped out of an Amazon wear house but another party. It just a pain when you want items shipped to you by a curtain date.

I buy often from Amazon.  I rarely have an issue.  Amazon Prime is worth it if you buy more than a handful of times a year, plus there are a number of other perks.  With Prime, I usually get orders in 1-2 days.  Same day is often possible.  Once in a while a delivery will take longer than expected.  I often return clothing for fit issues.  That's reality with buying online.  On rare occasion, an item will have obvious signs of use/wear, or is otherwise in poor condition.  I've never had an issue with returns.

A few things to remember.  First, even huge companies like Amazon are not immune from logistics issues beyond their control.  Delays happen.  Second, Amazon (and many other large online retailers) partner with 3rd-party sellers for some of their products.  You many find a product on Amazon, but they aren't the seller and often they aren't the shipper.  They're basically a middle man for the 3rd party.  Your order is subject to the policies and logistics of the 3rd party.  If you have an issue, you have to take it up with the 3rd-party.  I only buy from established 3rd parties I trust.

I also have had very good luck ordering from Amazon. I have experienced the undeliverable order before and it was frustrating. But it is very rare to have an issue

About 99.9% of "gifts for Tiny" are thru Amazon and/or Ebay and to-date, their shipping to me has been flawless and with no complaints...as far as "this old gurl" is concerned, they are god-gift to crossdressers...!!!

I dont buy from any of the "big" on line sites, Privacy with them "IMHO", is practically non existent.

I buy from reputable retailers (Many of them small businesses and I use to run one, so "stick together")

For delivery, (and I'm sure the same applies in many parts of the world), our postal service has free delivery lockers. 1/. Very secure, eg no risk of theft and  2/. Avoids "questions being asked" in this DADT house.

"If all else fails", (which it rarely does), I can have deliveries sent to my storage unit company.

Happy ordering and dressing

Caty.

Twice I've had an order go missing. Amazon will give a refund. There are some sellers that are more prone to this. Both my missing orders were shipped from China. So be wary if the order will take more than 7 days to arrive. The seller and location are listed on the Amazon web page. If it sold by, and shipped by the same company, it could go missing. Both of mine were like that.

I've ordered alot of stuff online, and most times no issue.

but 2 come to mind :

1) i ordered a keurig cleaning pod off of amazon.  the tracking said "carrier picked up" and that was it.   I waited the mandatory time amazon stipulated, and they gave me a refund.  I guess whomever picked it up lost it.

2) ordered a full torso breast plate from aliexpress.  it got picked up by the carrier, but for some weird reason it got sent back to the send, reason being "inappropriate/smut content".

Sender sent it again and this time went thru.
