Yes it's back that hugely popular series by public demand, that tantalizing trailblazing, dribbling ecstasy of Peanut butter.
But this is not just peanut butter, but a culinary twist. A new heath fad is to freeze dates, those that have tried them say they taste like caramel. They can be eaten as a dessert or snack,and they are packed with fibre , as well as being high in vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium and copper. Now here is the twist, for an extra special treat you can mix protein powder and peanut butter and stuff the dates with the tasty filling before freezing them. I must admit I haven't tried them. Maybe one of you ladies have have, or maybe some of you will. They sure sound extremely healthy and hopefully delicious too.

Hi Amanda, whenever I read or hear about dates, all I think about is the first Indiana Jones movie and the evil monkey who eats from the dish of "bad dates" (love that line) and dies. I'll just eat my daily PB and banana on whole wheat toast, yummy. Though you almost had me at caramel!!!!
