Ladies,
I got a Peloton at the beginning of Summer and just love it. Its made a huge difference in me getting back to consistently working out. I use the bike about 4 days a week and use the app for Yoga the rest of the week.
Just wondering if anyone else has one and what you like to do for classes etc.
Jade
I'm not as familiar with spin bikes as my wife.
Over the summer, we got tired of the constant covid lockdowns, which meant gyms were shut down for god knows how long. So we decided to buy and create our home gym.
We looked at the peloton and keiser m3i. We went with the keiser as my wife used keisers in spin classes before covid, and she really liked the setup and simplicity. Plus, she found them ultra durable.
Since we bought the spin bike, it has been used 7 days out of the week.
I looked at Peleton but the price put me off. I ended up buying a $300 Golds Gym recumbent bike that was enabled for iFit. I use it twice a day, every week day.
Oh yes - I love the strength, hills, and HIIT classes.
My goal is always to burn fat and build legs/butt/abs. Wanna look good in miniskirts and lingerie! 🙂
Hi Jade:
I've been on some online cycling apps like Zwift, Sufferfest and FulGaz. They're pretty awesome, but I discontinued my subscriptions now that I have year round outdoor fitness opportunities.
But many of my friends love Peloton! Enjoy!

Nothing wrong with Peloton or similar products. I just wanted to put the word out that there are training stands that you can put a regular bicycle on if you already have a bike. Stands cost $100-$200. You have to come up with your own workouts.
