What things would you like to accomplish, as a crossdresser, before your time is up? I was thinking about that, recently. I was thinking about what would be a perfect day for me. How much fun would it be to get some other girls together, pile into a '67 Mustang convertible & take a drive to the beach with the wind blowing through our hair? Then, frolic on the beach in our bikinis, playing volleyball, jet-skiing, parasailing, surfing. Then, freshen up, get dolled up & go clubbing. It got me to thinking about what other things we girls would like to do that we haven't yet done. What's on your bucket list?
You really wouldn't want to see me in a bikini!!!!!
I spend a lot of time as Cerys. I've probably had a few perfect days.
My only real bucket list items would be to have my nails done in a salon, and have a second pair of piercings in my ears. My wife is not keen for either of these to happen 🙁

@dazzler Neither was mine, Cerys, but I did them anyway. You're not hurting anyone & it brings you joy. Doesn't she want you to be happy? My wife finally accepted that that was the reason for the nails& piercings. Explain that to her & go for it, girl!
Life is a compromise. I get 90% of what I want. It's just two small things. I wear stcik on nails for some special occasions. It was my wife that suggested I get my ears pierced in the first place. I live as Cerys for days on end. I'm a lot luckier than most. I could be married to a woman that wants no part in my crossdressing and is dead against it. I'm not, and I am happy.

@dazzler Sounds like your situation & mine are similar. I also wear press-ons because no one knows about me. I've had acrylics, & love them, but I have to perform in front of people, as male, so I can't keep them on. My wife used to be accepting. Then, suddenly, she wasn't. Now, she accepts again because she knows it makes me happy.
@beach-girl I have already done Soooo many things. Had a mani/pedi, had my hair colored, gone to my HS reunion, had my ears pierced, gotten a part time job at Torrid. I am out to family, church and co-workers.
For me I get an idea in my head and eventually go for it. One of the next big things hopefully will be Keystone. OR meeting up with a couple of you wonderful girls somewhere.

@loneleycd Cool, Cassie! I knew you had done those things. Wow! A reunion. Unless I came out, entirely, I don't think I could pull that off. I also work (occasionally) as my femme self. I've always had a similar mind set-- if I want something enough, I do my best to make it happen. I'd love to meet up with you, too
@beach-girl I’d like to have a day cleaning my condo dressed as sexy French maid. Then I’d love to have a sexy photo done with my classic car. I’d love to go for a full transformation makeover. Lastly, I’d like to meet everyone that I talk to almost daily on CDH in person. That definitely includes Dawn Judson. 
@jennconn You are such a sweetie! I want to do a boudoir shoot. But what would I do with those pictures? Someday, we'll meet. We ought to start planning on Kimmie's party. 
@beach-girl Well this is a little harder then I thought really. I’ve been out shopping fully dressed , as well as in all women’s clothes , makeup and perfume while still presenting as a man. One thing id love to see before my time is up that all us girls can just be ourselves without any hate or judgement. Like many have mentioned I’d love to get my ears pierced, attend a crossdresser convention. My wife and I have talked about a girls weekend with her sister and daughter. Casual dress for some day shopping then back to the hotel for a shower and get dressed up nice for an evening of a dinner, then maybe a few drinks and some dancing.
@cdashley Thanks for your feedback, Ashley. So you kind of blur the line between genders? That's cool if that's what you like. But when I'm in public, I'm either all man or all woman. I'm with you. I wish I could just present however I wanted & no one would care. I've attended meet-ups, but no conventions yet. I thought I might finally make Keystone '24, but I can't justify the expense, or the time away, to my wife. It wouldn't be fair to her. Your "girls weekend" sounds fab. Enjoy!
@beach-girl Well I’ve never looked at it like that but I hear what your saying. I do light makeup and love wearing woman’s jeans over men’s now so I guess I do it when I don’t want my neighbors to see me with wig on. 🤷🏻♀️
I love to travel and visiting Paris as my authentic self would be amazing. Shopping in all of those beautiful stores would be mind blowing. Going to the beach or lounging by a pool is also on my list. I couldn't see me in a bikini but a tankini might work.

Hi Dawn and thanks for the post. I've been lucky in that I came to terms with my crossdressing when I was still in my teens and have been going out in public since my late teens. So I have had a lot of years to work on my "bucket list" and finally knocked off the last item this year when I attended Diva Las Vegas just a couple of weeks ago. It was amazing and also the one item I didn't think I would ever be able to do. So I can now die a happy, fulfilled girl. Actually, I just thought of one item that wasn't in my bucket but should be and that is to have my wife become not just accepting but supportive too. It would be so nice to sit and talk to her about Trish things but to be honest I feel blessed that she accepts my crossdressing and if it goes no further that's ok.

For myself - I may have already checked it off. I've spent multiple days in girl-mode (at Keystone), gone out into the real world dolled up, both for events and just everyday reasons, I've told the key members of my inner circle, and in Dec I'll go out dolled up in another city - I may even opt to fly back as Melodee...we'll see.
I dunno, I think I've just reached a point where I'm not waiting for 'the right time' to come to do these things. My situation allows me to do them now, so I've just opted in! I hope that you find that for yourself as soon as you can! [[hug]]
@melodeescarlet Yeah, it would just be so great to come out to the world & be me whenever I wanted. There's a 25-year old woman inside me & it's time to let her out.
A trip to the salon in the morning with my wife, getting treated as "one of the girls." After that, we'd get our nails done together, and I wouldn't have to worry about asking for clear! I could actually get something pretty. We'd go to lunch and maybe meet up with a few of you ladies! Of course the follow up would be shopping for a new outfit to wear to the movies that night. The "perfectness" of it would be not having to hide anything, or dress in "stealth mode." I'd love to be out in the open, get treated like one of the girls, and not have to worry about any small detail giving me away.

I would love to travel to any place in Europe and do what I’ve never done in my life.
Go get a pedi-mani, professional makeup to get all my femininity out, wear a tight dress with 4’ sandals, wig, go to a club and experiment and be ready for whatever comes. (I know, we all dream)

This will never happen for a number of reasons but my wife and I would be at the beach. Get up, get dressed for a walk on the beach for sunrise with a coffee, walk to grab brunch, eventually ride bikes to go grab a drink and see a movie, have dinner on the balcony and finish with an evening walk on the beach.
@nancygamms Other than you being dressed as a woman, that sounds like a very sweet, romantic day for a typical couple to share. She couldn't deal with that, for just one day, to make you happy?
For me, the next big thing is going to the opera or the symphony... just as soon as I find the right dress. My wife is already looking at tickets! Another thing I want is a weekend away or a short vacation that I can stay dressed 24/7. That one feels a lot harder.

Opera or symphony sounds fun. A chance to get all glammed up. That weekend sounds cool too. Once, many years ago, when I was still in the closet & never appeared as me in public, my wife & I went away for a weekend. I was surprised to find that she had packed some feminine clothing--for me. She suggested that it would be OK for me to wear at any time on that trip. Couldn't work up the courage to do that--especially without a wig. 
For me,I would like to go to the opera with a professional makeover in the morning and the opera that night in a long flowing gown,4 inch heels and departing from a limosine with myself and my sister,who is a real female,having a wonderful time at the opera.Later the same car brings us home and I spend the next week totally enfemme.
Bridal shopping with friends, bachelorette party, dressing for the service, jilted at the alter, back to another bachelorette party.
Love it, Lorraine! But who would want to jilt you?

My bucket list is rather lengthy so I won't bore you with all the details and just focus on the top five....
- As far as piercings goes, at least 2 holes in each ear, navel and a nose stud.
- I'd like to move on to the next step in hair removal and be completely zapped by a laser.
- Get a complete makeover from a place that specializes in in MTF makeovers.
- Have a girly spa day
- Get all dolled up and go clubbing with the CDH girls.
For some girls my list is easily attainable , for me .... well, let's just say a girl can dream.
I've done so many things already that I'm not sure I have many "must do" items left. I've been to many themed parties, even served as a maid for one. I've had makeovers, had a bridal makeover and shoot, dressed as a schoolgirl, worn a quinceanera dress to a party in a hotel, been to Broadway a few times, and been to the beach a few times (although I don't have the figure for a bikini). I've been to conferences before and taken long drives en femme. I've been out walking in my neighborhood, including some costumes over the last few years on Halloween (50's girl in a poodle skirt and petticoats, short bridal dress, Velma from Scooby Doo). I've also done ordinary errands en femme. I'm not really into clubbing, I can't stand being assaulted with loud music.
I've been undergoing chemotherapy, and had to stop it because of a bad reaction. But I may have another round of a different chemo medicine and radiation coming up. So right now I'd say I'd like to regain my strength to be able to resume my neighborhood walks, and to keep (and regrow) the hair on my head. I've lost a lot of volume as well as length (due to breakage), and haven't been able to color the grey out for 8 months.
Perhaps most of all I want to be able to just go out and wear a skirt or dress without necessarily making myself fully en femme and not be judged, looked at funny, photographed (or videoed), or laughed at.
@alison-anderson Wonderful, Alison. You really have done so much. Congrats! Best wishes to you on your recovery. In all the times I've gone out, I've only been laughed at once. I was out with some other girls & got sick. I was heading to the ladies room, but wasn't looking particularly lady-like at the time. I agree. I'd just like it to become acceptable to present however you want.
Great question Dawn…I’ve been getting out a lot more which has really been fun. On my bucket list is electrolysis and ear piercing but getting your hair zapped is not a lot of fun. So I would love to grow my hair out (it grows like weeds) and go to a salon for a full spa day…hair cut and colored, ears pierced, manicure and pedicure, some waxing and then have a new outfit ready for me to put on. Drinks dinner and a show afterwards would end the night perfectly !

I am lucky to have had so many perfect days. I never had a bucket list as they just happened as I started to live my true life. I look at them as surprises, and who doesn't just love surprises!
Dreams do come true. I have ticked many of the boxes you all have mentioned, but certainly not all of them
But as they said in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", I'm not dead yet".
I have been for walks on the beach en femme, lounges by hotel pools and on the beach in a bikini, and shopped in several European cities for dresses and lingerie. I have been to a few plays fully en femme, had professional makeovers, mani-pedis, and dined in restaurants, again while en femme.
I have presented to my wife en femme, except she has not seen me in makeup. So, to get to the point if the OP, my ultimate day would be a day out with my lovely wife. Start with a couples massage, then a mani-pedi with acrylic, long nails, a nice lunch somewhere, then we both get makeovers before putting on our best lingerie and dresses for an evening at a fine restaurant and then attend the symphony. Of course the best part of any date with my beautiful and sexy wife is getting back to our hotel room for a fun and erotic finish to a full and wonderful day. I won't go into details about the last part, but I am sure you can use your imaginations🥰💋😘
Dawn to be honest I've never have liked the beach so I'll pass on that, but there are two things that I would put up top, well maybe three. 1, have my wife fully embrace Sherri. 2, have a full makeover. 3, spend my time with my makeover and my wife on a river cruise in Europe.
