Hi ladies,

I was wondering how you all felt in the periods of time between your dressing experiences?

I usually feel very sad after I undress and try to compensate by thinking about it it and how I felt and looked when dressed...after this moment, which to me is the most disappointing, I enter a phase of forgetfulness, either voluntary or involutary, as go back to my everyday routines, but soon after that, I'm back in a good mood, thinking about my next chance dress or what to try next...and that makes my wait easier to bear.

So what about you?

Jenny

Hi Jenny , indeed the time between dressing can get us down , my wife is aware of my fluidity & the need to crossdress - she's totally ok with my fluidity , less so for fully makeover . So in between my 4 professional makeovers each year , I can be my feminine self - she says in 75% female these days .

I wear female jewellery daily ( in public & private ) - toe rings , anklets , bracelets , 2 ear piercings , underdressed daily  , plus to our gym/ exercise classes I wear women's athletic wear. Around home it's casual girls shorts in summer & girls hoodies etc in winter.

This acceptance certainly makes it easier between makeovers 💐 Tiff

Hi Jennifer,

It's difficult to find the time to fully dress.  In between opportunities I underdress whenever possible, use Secret deodorant,  manicure my nails and keep my legs and underarms hair free.  My wife recently agreed to me wearing women's lounge pants around the house as well.  I also find places like this to be a sanctuary.

For me there is always a longing to dress, especially if it wasn't as long as I had intended.  It usually is very strong the hours and day after and kinda falls off until the day before I get to dress again.  If it's a long period, I usually start window shopping heavily, just to fill my mind with new ideas and looks...unfortunately if it gets too long I occasionally impulse shop for a new dress.  Even underdressing or jewelry doesn't really seem to fill (even partially) the need to dress head to toe, but it can alleviate some of the impulse buying.

I also feel I'm loosing an identity that I have nurtured every time i need to change back to male cloths. I am not ready to dress full time , but I really do love to express my fem self.

I experience the same emotional roller coaster you describe. Do to my ever changing life schedule, I currently never know when or if dressing time will come.

To deal with this I enjoy doing photo shoots during my dressing. Looking at, editing, and filing the photos seems to help the in between time.

Enjoy, Karen

I think we all go through periods of dressing a lot to going awhile before we dress again. For me , my wife wants/needs balance with my dressing.   she understands my need/desire to dress but also due to our schedule and activates, the opportunity to fully dress is somewhat limited. I do compensate for that by under-dressing as well as wearing something to bed.  I have still not figured out what my desire to dress is higher some weeks than others. At the end of the day, still working on my accepting and embracing my dressing to reduce my feelings of shame and guilt.

Hi Jennifer In the past i have gone years without dressing.  I am not sure why and then I have gone years where i have to dress every day it could be something small like panties under my suit. Something that would reassure me that I was still cute and pretty.  Luv  Stephanie

I've gotten to the point in my life where if there's time I'll dress to some degree, maybe something really simple, maybe a lot more involved.  It all depends on how much time I think I have.  And I do my best to enjoy the time I do have.  I've taken lots of pictures of me, and I'll look at the more recent ones, and on occasion go back and reminisce about the more distant ones., but not excessively (Some family member found the ones from when I was a teen and trashed them but never confronted me).

There are times I can dress maybe 3-4 times a week, and then there are weeks where I really can't at all.  I've learned to manage my feelings and desires, although I'd love to dress a whole lot more.  There was a time where I did go the full way, full face make-up, false eyelashes, polished finger (or press-ons) and toe nails, perfume, several wigs of different colors, earrings and other jewelry. Most that is now behind me.  Just the realities of life I have to accept.

Hiya, I find I have moments of great intensity when I have to fully dress as Sandra and go out, thus leads to a feeling of exhilaration. After the high I feel relaxed and maybe not dress fully for a while as sadly most of us have a real life as a guy ( shame ). However as most of my clothes are female anyway I do get some pleasure.

Good morning. Ladies.

Kind of funny I saw this post today. 3 weeks ago I had to go have surgery. Which I'd be laid up for 6 weeks. Came home after 3 days in the hospital and to be honest with you the first two weeks being in pain I didn't even think about my male self or my female self

I'm divorce. I live by myself in an apartment. And today it's been three and 1/2 Weeks In that time I've went through depression. I woke up early this morning. I had the strongest urge. To bring Sarah out of the closet. So As my coffee was Perkin? As Wonder Woman does her spinning around. Sarah has came out of the closet after three and a half weeks. And I'm much more relaxed. And feeling very feminine this morning? This has been the longest. In 5 years That she's been in the closet.

Sometimes months will pass, sometimes circumstances don’t allow (this week my o/h is working from home just when I’m feeling more adventurous 🙄), sometimes I just don’t feel like I need it.

Sometimes if I feel the compulsion and it has to be rushed, it’ll be a quick dress up in some lingerie and hosiery, and that’s when it’s harder for me to to define the line between cross dressing for its own sake, for relaxation, to look femme, and a fetish purely for sexual release.

Hiya, I know what you mean about the need. I put a dress on just for doing housework and before I know it I am wearing the full outfit and make up, after a photo session and many looks in the mirror ( am I not gorgeous lol ) I have to venture out.

Hi Jenny,

I can get fully dressed only a few times a year. I do try to wear a bra, stockings, and panties every day though.

If something happened and I was tragically a widower I would be 100% femme at home.
