I use a gaff when needed. They aren’t as uncomfortable as I thought they would be. If you get the tuck right it’s not bad at all. It isn’t a perfect hold though. Re-tucks will be needed here and there.

Some gurls use tape for a better hold but, Yikes, that stuff has got to come back off at some point.

The cheap cotton/elastane mix mulipacks that you get in most supermarkets and clothing stores are ideal for preventing fallout - and stretch enough to provide accommodation and easy access.

I find them very pretty too - and I get them in several sizes, depending on the occasion - I don't tuck, and the small sizes keep a gaff in nicely, but the bigger sizes are undoubtedly more comfortable - much, much better than men's underwear!

I wear hipster or bikini panties most of the time, along with a pad, which makes the tuck much more comfortable.

I tried the tape method only once in the past.  Ever heard a cat being skinned alive?  Never again. LOL.

work on your tuck and get accustomed to it and you will like the effect I believe.

I find Victoria’s Secret panties to be perfect, I can wear a small, or a medium, and in a skirt or dress there is no need to wear a gaff.

I wish I shared your dilemma, but as my package is rather ordinary at best, I can pretty easily wear any but the skimpiest of thongs. Thongs are my preferred panties but I have tons of bikinis, tangas, cheekies, and hipsters and some boyshorts too. I'm not really into full panties. I occasionally tuck when I wear tight bikinis just to have that feeling. Again, that might be easier for me than some more generously endowed, but it seems to hide the bulge and would probably look fine under most anything. I don't own a gaff but have been curious to see if that hides things even better.

Try Katie & Laura Fancy Satin Panties. They are made with stretch satin. I find the Princess Juliet panties to be the most amazing and comfortable panties ever. I don't like to see the bulge either. Oh, and let them air dry when you launder them, they last longer.

I have the same issue. Not here to brag!!! I'm a little larger than average, so I do the best I cant to tuck. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this "silicon oval shaped ring", that is also contoured, and thicker at one end. (I found it under a sink in the home we purchased).

I cleaned it up and with the wider end against my testicles, it pushes them up and out of the way. Witch makes tucking easier. That couple with slightly tighter panties does the trick for the most part. I love to wear tights too, so that helps as well.

Doesn't always work, and I have looked for another one of these rings, (all over) but haven't found one. I'm thinking it is some sort of plumbing gasket, but can't be sure. It's smooth, pliable and stretches, so it's very comfortable.

I agree with Paula...hipsters or bikini with a pad...it all just pushes " back down under "......I wear thin pads a lot...they make the tuck so much smoother and....those last few drops or worse...." Skiddies " can ruin a beautiful lacy pair...no stains on this girl......

I love it that we agree that having a small " lunchbox " is so much more desirable.....surely something no man would ever wish for!!!!

Hi Cece i havent tried a gaff either thought about it but havent done it yet might still but just look at your panties as mine im not maybe as large as most but need a bit more in the holding side of things to look more like a lady ha ha  so good luck at tucking away those boy bits ha ha ..

Sometimes, when regular panties or "manties" are not enough I will wear a speedo swim bikini or shapewear to keep the male parts under control.

according to several articles on the net the best fitting would be briefs or like others said hipsters or those boy shorts. Myself do little tucking here and there and can wear anything which love wearing vs thongs.

I have found myself with the same dilemma. Although my man bits are not overly large, the proper fit is still an issue.

So, I have a sewing machine. Ill buy panties in size large and also in a smaller size. What I do is take the back half of smaller pair and add it to the front of larger one. I will use fabric glue or stitching depends on the fabric type. This allows  the panties to sit higher since I dont have hips to hold them up and also plenty of room in the front.
