I have been struggling with this, and decided its time to ask.
When placing your forms, do you girls place the nipple in line with your natural nipple? I realize men have a wider chest, and just want clarification.
When I put mine in my bra, I place the nipple directly in front, and it does seem to sit properly in my bra, and my wife tells me it looks natural
Hugs, Regi

I place them as best I can to replicate my wife.

I used to "line up" the nips. But they felt to far apart. Moved them in and they felt to centered. This was with tear drop forms. Bought some triangle forms (had a couple reasons for this, ask if you want to know them) and now I just gap the lower "points" about an inch and it works great.

That being said, all breasts are different. Go with the look you like.

Trisha.

Well, according to this study: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2690630/,   the correct placement of the nipples from a surgical perspective is the lower corners of an imaginary equilateral triangle where the apex is located at the sternum notch.

Of course, you could just do what looks best.  I've been 'eyeballing' it for years with great success.

I try to keep them in line with my real nipples. Being older, I like to let them droop some so they won't appear unnaturally "perky."

Hi Regi

I agree with Steph...

a good quality decent bra is the key...all my forms are teardrop shape..and having a nice snug bra that fits properly....they just slip in perfectly.....

no tears.... haha

Huggs, grace ❤️

Wait they're suppose to face forward?! Damn, I knew I was doing something wrong this whole time.

As i don't have any form's yet i can't really say what's the best way to wear them,

I personally think i would rather have a breast plate then they would take care of them selves,

I never gave much thought to this. I just put my forms in my bra. If they looked good I figured they were good. Now I'm paying attention to how they in. seems I line up the nipples.

Interesting question, Régine

If one’s 18 then place the forms high and proud but when you’re middle aged the boobs should be placed lower than you nipple line but in a similar sideways position... think I. Your bra should help with your placement. I don’t think you have to force décolletage but there a ways and means...
Just look at other women of one’s own age... there are a myriad of possibilities out there to study though with sunglasses firmly in place!
