So I'm sitting at home with a rare day off, wearing my new bra, slip, tights, bikini style panties, and my new dress. A little cold on the legs, but otherwise it feels amazing.
I’m in an over large tshirt, leggings, and slouch socks. Drinking coffee and catching up on work. Very comfy.
I can't say I have rest days, just two types of busy day. One I adore (CDH Forum and articles) the other everything else. I'll let you work out which is my favourite.
The best part of my wind down is playing the piano. But there again that's a kind of enjoyable work, improving my "communication" and technique. The down side is - my tea always goes cold ! But consider the pleasure in music !!!
Whatever you do girls , get a routine that assists your progress and fits well with your mental application to both work and leisure. We all do gym of course (!!!!!) so that's a foregone conclusion - gotta be good. ( lockdown means more exercise - otherwise its' extra-size).
Do it now - you know it does yer good.
