Im very excited about going out on the town: shopping, dinner and a movie, with my wife. My concern is, which restroom to use. I mean I may look like a woman but…..well you get the idea. Since I’m new CD I need some advice on this issue.
Jeri, One thing you should consider are your state laws before you go out and break a law out of simple ignorance. Do a little research or ask an attorney. Either option should allow you to have at least a basic understanding of your state laws. Having never used a ladies room during my own wonderful excursions, I can’t give you advice on what particular actions you should or should not do. Other girls with that experience and knowledge will happily chime in with their advice. Always be safety conscious first and you should have nothing but an unforgettable time!
Hugs, Jill

Many individual places may have or appear to have more lax rules, and that may be sufficient - to note, I go out in northern VA often, and I will use the Ladies, but I'm aware that VA has laws directing bathroom use, so I'm taking some level of risk (very small IMO, but still).
So find that out first. Then find out if the place you're going has it's own preferences.
But also have fun! 🙂
I would suggest if possible use a unisex or family restroom. that way you don't ruffle feathers.
Thanks for all the good advice!!!
I'm in Texas, I use the single restroom if available, if not I use the restroom that I am presenting as. I walk in confident, take care of business and walk out. don't lingerer about and you probably wont be noticed.
Life is a bit easier here in the UK, but if I'm in Cerys mode, I'll decide on which toilet I use when I'm in the premises. Here in the UK most coffee shops have single use/unisex toilets, so I prefer those, but if I'm in a pub/bar. I'll see what the clientele are like. If I feel that I might get abuse etc using the gents, I'll use the ladies. I use what I think will be safer.... I've never had any issues, I've never had abuse, but I use what I what I feel safer.
Just one word of advice, if you use the ladies toilet..... Remember to put the seat down!!!!!! 🙂

There is an app called "refuge restrooms" to find restrooms that are appropriate.
Living in California I don’t really worry about laws too much, but, if your look is female I strongly advise you to use the ladies restroom, just act and do what a woman would do while using the toilet. Definitely no hanging around and definitely no photos, I have never had any issues with the ladies there while I use it, hope this helps
