I want to shave my legs but have never done so. I plan on using clippers to take it close as I can before but could really use some tips.
Use a good razor and a good warm and soapy cream or soap. Something that will sooth, moisturize and that smells good!
I use a number of different soaps, they really help. When you are done oh the feeling! Especially when you slip on those hose!!!
You will never go back!
🙂
oh, laugh out very loud!
In the UK the only calgon I'm aware of has a TV ad that goes "washing machines live longer with calgon".
I'm guessing that's not the calgon that you use !

such a relief 😉
I'm sharing this because it made me LOL!
I have no idea if it's any good or not, but the description is well worth a read 🤣🤣🤣

Counter intuitive when going fem, but use a shaving brush with a good quality gel. Applying the gel by brush causes the hairs to stand up giving a closer shave, and the gel will reduce irritation by lubricating and removing the 'drag' of the blade.

I pulled the trigger on the shaving. Holy hell. Why didn’t I do this sooner?
Take your time, use short strokes of the razor, and do relatively small areas at a time. I cut myself to ribbons the first couple of times and, even now after a couple of years, if I’m in a rush I tend to cut myself. As you have more experience, it takes less time.
I have been shaving for a number of years.. starting off in shaving my thighs. Thinking in male mode shorts would cover the hairless thighs in winter, I graduated to shaving the whole legs and experiencing
the feminine feeling of gently caressing the hairless legs with silk reflections pantyhose..
However, panic settled in that we decided to go to Aruba in February... I had to wear shorts in the 80 degree warmth.... to make a long story short nobody noticed even my wife... to this day I keep my legs hair free and age has an advantage that I need to shave stubble every two weeks lol
I now experience electric shaver for facial & chest hair... and love the feminine feeling of 95% hair free... sorry about the TMI and thank you for listening... Leonara xo
Hi JP shaving is such a wonderful feeling when clean and smooth. Stephanie has done it for years and very very little hair grows anymore a little on my knee caps and some on my he he back side that my wife helps with when Stephanies coming over she will come in to shower and finish off the backside for a pretty girly feel so enjoy and take your time nicks and cuts are a pain good luck girlfriend ..

Despite the interesting marketing, I bought The Lawnmower 3 to replace a Norelco and I really like it. It does a really good job and if I don't have time to shave properly (see below) I'll use the clippers and it takes the hair down enough that it's not very noticeable. But it doesn't come in colors (Gabi has a thing for rose gold)
For actually shaving I use plenty of lather and take my time, enjoying the feminine feel, rinse off, and apply lotion right away to cut down on bumps and irritation. When he shaves his face for work he's trying to get done as fast os possible and nicks himself.
Hi JP,
Here's my 2 cents for what it's worth... For shaving legs, arms, tummy, etc in the shower, apply an inexpensive conditioner to your dry skin before showering. I use Pantene ProV Nature Fusion (like $4). Once you get wet, your skin will be super slick and incredibly easy to shave.
After shower, follow up with... St Ives Skin Renewing Collagen Elastin Body Lotion (also like $4).
Happy skin!!!
