Ok ladies, I’ve been trying to find shoes 👠 but am not having much luck. I’ve tried a number of shoe stores in the area, they have nice styles but not in my size. I need a 13 in women’s. I found some on Amazon but not much else. I’ve tried Temu and other websites. I have found a few but they are way expensive! The only place I haven’t tried is goodwill. Any ideas???

@jeried You are in the US, so you should have a pretty rich supply in many brands.

Nordstrom, for example, has a big variety of beautiful shoes all in one store, and they consider themselves to be inclusive. They can order sizes not in stock. DSW have large all-shoe self-serve stores, so they likely have stock of something in large sizes, including the Clark's brand which can come in W or WW widths. Check out branded stores, too, such as Rockport or Call It Spring.

If you go to brick and mortar stores, you won't have to deal with many returns, and you help keep the economy working better.

@jeried As suggested Torrid is a good place to check out, for many of the stores larger than 11 is hard to find. My store only has larger sizes as returns.   I am sure a lot of stores have the same.

Try Torrid. I have got tennis shoes, ballerina flats & sandals from them, all 13 wide fitting.

@michaela2001 omg I just looked at it. Every shoe has my size and they aren’t much more than regular prices. 🙏

I’m also a size 13. I have bought from Torrid, DWS, Lane Bryant, and Long Tall Sally (UK based retailer). It’s not easy to find shoes or boots that fit so I have definitely returned more than I’ve kept. Just keep at it and you will find some you like! ❤️

Take s peek at Marmi (not Marni) Shoes.  They specialize in smaller and larger - up to 13 - gals shoes.  Good quality, and bit pricy, but you get what you pay for.  I have several pair that I wear all the time....

Staci...

I buy my shoes from Torrid.  They have woman's size 13 and true wide width shoes.

Excellent quality and a good return policy.

Hi Jeri,

As others have said Torrid Carrie’s wide and extra wide shoes up to 13.  If thre is a location near you you can have your order shipped to the store.  After they arrive try them on and if they’re not what you saw on the website you can return them while you’re in the store.

I searched ZAPPOS for Women’s, Size 13, Medium and got 692 shoes.
Women’s, Size 13, Wide and got 107 shoes.

6pm is the sale/clearance site for ZAPPOS. For the same searches, I got 397 and 19 respectively.

Same search for DSW returned 401 and 150.

While there are a lot of sneakers represented, there are heels, sandals, wedges, etc. included. The typical limits are either size 10 or 11 for most vendors. Statistically, the needs of the women’s population drops off quite a bit after that. Also, wider widths are harder to find.
