Last week I was experiencing some severe back pain. I called my doctor's office to see if they could get me in on Friday not wanting to suffer all weekend. She was not in the office on Friday, but phoned in a prescription for me and made an appointment to see me this morning.
The meds she prescribed helped tremendously, but felt I still should be seen. Herein started the mental battle in my head. Do I wear panties or not? Not knowing whether I'd have to don one of those immodest exam gowns or not (they usually have you keep your panties on) I was going back and forth, yes/no, yes/no.
The end result was heck yeah. I selected a nice pair of Katie & Laura, Princess Katie panties in Royal blue. Well, if you know your K&L panties, Princess Katie panties have a bigger bow on the front and a more scalloped and clearly feminine waistband. If you are gonna be caught being girly, you might as well be caught being very girly.
As it turned out I didn't have to don one of the exam gowns, however, she did unstuck my shirt and feel around my lower back, and had me lay back on the exam table to check my abdomen. I don't know if she got a glimpse of my panties or not, but nothing was said. I guess I'll wear panties to my annual physical next time.

I recently had to see a surgeon about a hernia operation(female), and purposely wore a pair of lacy satin panties, I dont own any male drawers, giggles.
She never batted an eye, or mentioned the fact that I am completely hairless, everywhere.(its a inguinal hernia, if anyone is familiar, so she was right "in There"")
As others have said, many times, they are professionals, and have seen it all.

Been doing everytime go to Dr office for exam or other procedures. Last Monday had on my best matching bra and panties garterbelt and hosery on when had my facial surgery. Few of the nurses smiled and said wow you look so sexy for a facial. had to take everything off except my lacy thong.

If your gonna do it, do it or underdo it. Either go big or go stealth. I have many work panties that are mostly for just in case there is a glimpse. I'm building my fun time panties collection for off work times. I may have to do more laundry than should be required but I enjoy making the basket full! I've been to the doctor in my work time panties before.
My GP has told me a couple of times that she wished that she spent more on her undies like I do. Love those kind of compliments.

I love this story as I just did the exact same thing a week ago. And yes I ended up wearing panties as well but I did tell my doctor (female btw) about my crossdressing as my counsellor suggested I do to better explain my anxiety issues.
I think for all of us gurls it feels good every now and then to let go of our inhibitions and say, "So what if they see what I'm wearing"
I sprained my ankle and went to the doctor. I also questioned myself. Do I or do I not wear my panties?
I saw no harm in wearing my panties, after all, it was just a sprained ankle. I was shocked when the nurse came in with a gown and told me to take everything off except my underwear. I was wearing a cute pink flowered pair of panties with a wide lace band. OH Well! The doctor had me lay on the table as he lifted my leg. I tried to keep the gown down but to no avail. My panties are showing and I can't do anything about it. I felt embarrassed but when he was done nothing was said and I just got dressed. It really was no big deal and after I left the office I was feeling quite excited over being caught.
