So I had to go to the grocery store this afternoon. I actually enjoy going most of the time. So I head down there and it starts raining. I sit in my car for a while, waiting for it to slow down. I thought I was good and went for it. Bad choice. It poured rain on me. When I get inside the store I'm soaked. I'm wearing white chino shorts and a grey shirt (dressed in male mode). I dry off as much as possible and start going through the store to get what I need. As I make my way to the front of the store, I hear a lady say he's wearing panties and a bra. And then I realized she was talking about me, and you could see everything through my wet clothes. The white was no match for the green lace panties underneath. You could see the green lace clear as day and my black lounge bra, well, you could see that clear as day through my shirt as well. I had walked the store for 15 mins and didn't realize it. It never crossed my mind. I hurried up and paid for my things. Have to love a rainy day.
Hi Michelle
The first time anyone found out I was wearing women's underwear was in the ER while I was unconscious, so all in all you were much better off, the ladies would have seen your underwear even if it was white.....but if this made you feel good, who cares, it is you who must be comfortable in what you wear, not who looks at you.

Thanks for sharing. That is the biggest reason I don't wear panties out of the house. When I first came out to my wife and mentioned underdressing she asked what would happen if I was in an accident and wound up in the ER. I have thought many times about underdressing, and have a couple times, but that concern is always in the back of my mind. After having a Dr appointment and them seeing my shaved legs and painted toes I'm caring less about what others think. I'm getting closer to throwing caution to the wind and underdressing.

Sorry to hear you had that experience. That is a good reason to carry an umbrella in the car just in case.

Sounds like a great and bad experience at the same time.
That would be a bit embarrassing, but you survived, as with most embarrassments. Maybe its a good lesson for those who are apprehensive about stepping out fully dressed. Nothing bad happened.
The bottom line is it just doesn't matter. So what if somebody got a peak at your under things...it happens to women on occasion and the world doesn't end, and why would it?
I have been caught out in the rain too, my comback to the rude lady would be: " You mean you are not wearing any panties?"
So true. I pointed out to my wife one time that when wearing her fav leggings/stretch pants, if she bent over in the least you could clearly see her panties. She didn't wear those to work after that!
Very true!!!
Kudos for your creative song choice and label picture too , Wanda :-). I saw the album title in upper right corner: Careless. Hmm, "Care less." How appropriate for Suzanne's " getting closer to throwing caution to the wind." !
its pretty sad that someone would feel compelled to comment. I see young males frequently with their pants down around their thighs an their boxers showing and I don't think it's necessary for me to say anything
I've been at the gas station and stores on very windy days in short skirts or dress and flashed the underneaths with the gusts, but i probably knew it would happen.
I hear a lady say
Was she an older woman? I seem to find that older women are much more likely to comment out loud on anything unusual.
