This morning I dressed up for a walk outside. White top, black jacket, red long skirt and high heel boots (pic in my gallery).
I walked about 6km pass two schools with lots of kids and some parents walking to get to morning classes plus other people.
I expected people to at least look at me a little strange since the dresscode of the day was jeans and sweater at best., not one skirt/dress or heels.
Despite that the only look I got was related to not run in to me, not even a second look anywhere that I could see.
If the weather is cold enough I may try again tomorrow but then with some outer outfit.

Well you probably did get noticed more than you think, but most people don't give you a second look as they are so in grossed in their own fast pace of life that they really do not actually notice anything properly.
