in or out of the fog, it's what makes you happy that is the main objective. Your wife doesn't like you wearing a teddy in bed....that's certainly not unusual on this site....lack of body hair is certainly going to make a few girls jealous, as is a " no show " Adams apple....what with a bra full of breasts, you certainly have every right to feel happy about yourself....
best wishes, grace x
I believe the older you get the less the social pressure to conform becomes and the time you have left to do what you really want to do narrows, so let’s gets into some heels and enjoy ourselves.

At 83 the fog hasn't let up in fact it seems to get heaver at times. It maybe that I have more time to enjoy and to read the CDH forums and articles, shopping is more fun as I don't have to fret about money spent. I also go for weeks on end wearing nothing but femme clothing not having A job to go to.
I think that you have “hit the nail on the head” with what you said. We have more time to enjoy the life style and fewer obligations out side, like jobs, to inhibit the life style. As I’ve said the one joy of retirement and getting older.
Well my thoughts on the subject!

Sorry my eyes got tired before I could read all the replies in this thread.
But I really think that there are several issues involved in this pink fog/jello business.
One is that we older folks have the time and lack of social restrictions on what me do so we can begin to grow the new neural pathways.
The second is as Grace has me saying, I am simply tired of being a male. I am old enough that when I was 7 or 8 years old if you could add 2+2 and come up with 5 you were bushed into math or science (had to beat those Russians in space). If that was what you were interested in or not. Then with Viet Nam forced into the Army. After that a job and marriage and family and kids in school and sports. No time for yourself to be yourself. That is what I am tired of. As I get more in touch with who I want to be I grow more aware of things in my past that point to who I am becoming. But was never allowed to be aware of.
I am not sure about the hormone thing. I have fairly nice boobs of my own, but in my last physical my T levels were high for a 26 year old, unfortunately my PSA was also very high, from the high T levels. So I am not sure what high or low T levels has to do with it.
My humble thought for what they are worth.

Jen.....very valid point....
let's go .....click those heels!!! x
I've been crossdressing on and off since the late 80's back then it was harder to be the real you. Back then You was "pigeon holed". And coming out of the dinosaur 70's alot of people considered it to be perverted. But as the year's move on people are more accepting (I've even seen a drag queen doing her shopping). As for not seeing younger people coming out. I think its to do with peer pressure from their friends, families etc.... Again thinking back to the 70's. But as you get older you start to think to yourself "hey! why not just the real you" any as they say you look down the rabbit hole and eventually become the real you and not what people expect. This is my opinion i could be wrong. But i do have a habit of witterring on
Numerous factors for me. I think once you get older, a certain don’t give a crap what society thinks feeling hits. I mean, we’ve put in the time, work, paid taxes, raised kids, played the game long enough. I’m going to do what I want. End of story. As a young man, the pressure of conformity is far stronger. Plus, as a young man my interest in and love of women’s looks translated into something far more conventional, namely, wanting to get with them. As I age, that love of women has translated into wanting to look like them and experience being them. The internet sure has helped too.
Julie.....
Totally agree honey...I think eventually, whoever you are, you will reach that W.T.F. moment.....
Honestly. Testosterone. The older we get the less we have.
I totally understand this! I think it's because when our time gets short we don't care what people think! So we want to make the most out of whatever time we have!
