Hi everyone, I’ve been having a tough time with my mental health about dressing lately. Went to my therapist today, which works with my wife and I as a couple. Long story short. The only person that knows me as my male self and Janet is my therapist now (first time she saw me as Janet and didn’t know who I was). We both came to conclusions that I need friends for Janet. I’m lonely as Janet. My wife excepts but really doesn’t want to talk about Janet let alone see her. I frequent the DMV area and live in northern Michigan. If any ones out there in northern Michigan and needs a platonic lady friend please reach out.
Janet, I sincerely hope you find the in-person connection you're looking for! But, I did find what your therapist said to be very interesting, that you need friends for Janet. It crystallized why I joined CDH, for obvious reasons!

Yes, I tried searching for Northern Michigan but nothing came up, so I widened the search.

@jdj I'm in the DMV and there are fairly regular outings in the area. You can always ping me if you're going to be around and looking for something to do. 🙂

Once you start meeting some girls, you're social circle will expand fairly rapidly. Try to get to one of the conferences like Keystone or Lake Erie. You're liable to meet new friends that you'll want to see at future get-togethers or that you can spend more time online with through emails and on various forums.
