I just returned from purchasing a few items at my local Ulta Beauty Store. Except for pantyhose under my slacks, I was dressed in male clothes. When I returned to my car I thought how normal it was for me to want to shop there. My desire to want to be there and enjoy my shopping was not strange to me at all. All of you on CDH know exactly what I mean. It is a shame that so many people misunderstand us and see us in a different way. Not trying to get too deep, I know things are “a changing”, but it’s just the way it is. Now enough thinking, let’s go see how those two new lipsticks I bought look!
I know what you mean, I go to Victoria's Secret dressed in my male clothes and it seems so normal to me as well.
When I first started buying lingerie, I was convinced all the sales ladies and customers thought I was a pervert as I walked around the department feeling clothes and checking sizes. I was ready to tell anyone that asked that I was shopping for my wife. Over time I realized, most don't care. Now when I go, I have no problem taking things off the rack and holding them up to myself to see if they fit. It seems perfectly normal to me now. Now, if someone were to ask, I like to think I would say it's for me.

I know what you mean about it feeling natural.
I spend my days net window shopping and clothes shop in drab.
The excitement i feel days before i go in person shopping is unbelievable. I spend hours going around stores and charity shops trying things up against me etc., checking, material, feel, length etc. When i did learn about thngs ?
When its over, i feel so low and immediately start planning for my next shopping adventure, to cheer myself up.
In my old life, i would spend 5 minutes in 1 shop every 6 months or so and hate every second of it.

Most places I shop at will ask if you want a change room to try it on. That is fun and you rarely have to return or exchange anything.
Hi Jasmine congrats to you girl as looking around and purchasing things for Jasmine is fantastic .. As i shop with wife most of the time when we are really looking my wife slips away sometimes so when i turn and ask the lady next to me what she thinks and i get a reply in a voice i dont know shes a couple of isles over giggling at me so i just keep looking ..
