Well... I must buck the trend I guess. I wear crotchless tights first, then the panties on top. Much easier to use the facilities when out on the town. It depends a lot on what I am wearing and what I am going to do...so no easy answers here..😊

I often wear panties, then tights and then a nice femme panty-girdle over the tights: gives a nice smooth shape, feels nice too.

I always were panties first then my hose or tights . And before slipping on my hose I spritz myself with my favorite Jo Malone Peony perfume. I feel so feminine then!

Panties first then tights over the top. Generally though I prefer hold-ups (as we call them in the UK). With a suspender belt, then panties over the top, easier access. All depends on the length of skirt or dress I am wearing.
