Hello All, I read in the Detroit Free Press news regarding a trans person running a marathon as a woman for the first time. Being a triathlete myself including 17 marathons I found it quite interesting. Only in my dreams could I do this. 🙁 On another note, being a triathlete lets me get away with shaven chest, arms and legs year around. Plus I get away with having most of my cycling/tri shorts as women's. 🙂 Is there anyone else that does the same? Hi Robinette!
Ms Fay looks happy! Thanks for sharing.
My SO has done many triathlons and has participated in The Boston Marathon twice. I've done some road racing with little success, but I did have fun.
I shave/Veet everything too, except my eyebrows and head. My SO once remarked with a chuckle and a smile, "You don't really shave your legs for cycling, do you?"
"Nnnnnope!"
Keep the rubber down!

Great article Robinette, thanks for sharing❤️
I run a lot, and still remember the first time I went out running in my hometown in shorts and smooth shaved legs. I was so nervous but nobody noticed, or cared. I think they look so much better shaved, I do it for me not others. The more we do things like this the more we realise the biggest barriers are in our heads.
Also love getting on my Lycra (spandex) leggings and layers on top (including sports bra to keep the nips from chafing) in the winter. So comfortable, warm, and fitted.
❤️Bianca
