While my drab self was traveling through airport security yesterday a female TSA agent reminded me to take off my shoes. I explained that I was over 75 and so it wasn't necessary She said no way, let me see your ID and followed with you really look great. I said you should see me with makeup. She laughed and I smiled thinking if she only knew.
Wait ... what? You are so NOT over 75. Maybe early 60s? Late 50s? No wonder she wanted to see your ID!

@ellyd22 I guess it must be genetics. I never thought I looked younger than my age until my first makeover. I was amazed that it seemed to take about 10 years off.

@harriette Don't know about Canada but in US you get to keep your shoes and belt on if you are over 75. I guess they are afraid we will fall over bending down or trip on our pants.
@michellemybell In Canada, we deal with TSA here before we get on a plane bound for the US. Otherwise, I haven't flown domestically for a few decades to know what is done here.
