Lately I have been really noticing a woman's nail color and manicure. I love to see a beautiful set of nails. I notice the color and shape and style of manicure. I just love to see smooth, colorful nails. I notice if they are real or applied, regular polish of gel, etc. I do not like overly long nails, or with too much design. I just can't take my eyes off of them when out in public, or with female friends. I even pay close attention to women's nails on TV.

I certainly notice other femme features like dresses, hair styles, eye make up, etc, but nails are becoming a bit of an obsession. Maybe it is because I have been wearing polish more often myself.

@jjandme

I notice the way their dressed first and their overall look. And if I'd look better in that outfit then they do. Lol 🥰

@jjandme I think the first thing I notice is outfit and makeup, then nails and shoes. But if just body features I tend to adore a feminine face shape, always get jealous.

@jjandme  I’m in the same camp with you on the nails thing. My best friend always gets her nails done and and they always look spectacular.

Believe the reason why I pay so much attention to beautiful nails is because it’s one thing I never get to fully enjoy because of the time constraints involved in doing everything else we need to do so so well.

@jjandme Not one detail in particular but I  would say more their overall look. For about 1/3 of the year here women are covered up anyway, so mostly their face and clothes.

@jjandme  I notice a lady when she is dressed nicely, that can be in pretty much anything, with hair done nicely. A well dressed lady exudes confidence and sexiness. I am very much drawn to heels, legs-long legs, cute clothes that compliment her figure, and a lady that looks good and feels good in her own skin.

@jjandme I always look how they dress and the accessories. I always watch the mannerisms.

@jjandme for me is whatever part I’m trying to improve.  When I was learning brows is was eyebrows.  When I focused on wigs it was the hairline (especially the forehead).  During my focus on eyes it was the eyeliner ( I’m not good at that).  When learning to walk in heels … you guessed it.

currently I’m trying to contour better so I’m looking at the face shapes of light and dark.

so many things to improve 💄

@jjandme I have always looked first at the eyes. I love how many different and lovely looks can be presented with the right makeup application. From there my eyes go to lips and nails, I was always the girl who wore matching nail polish and lipstick!

First I notice her overall appearance. Then I focus in on her hair, then her shoes and lastly her outfit.

I'm currently working on improving my eye makeup skills, so I find myself checking out other women's eyes, trying to learn "how'd they do that?"...

One of the first things that I look for are the hem length legs and heels.

At the moment it's nails for me, too. It varies depending on which feature, or item, is demanding my attention for inspiration and new ideas at the time. Before Xmas it was winter coats. Not that I really needed another one.

Hair style for me, like the length of hair, if it is parted, if they did it in a ponytail/bun or just let it free flow.

second thing, and this maybe on the naughty side, which is vpl.  I'm really drawn towards vpl.

Hair is first for me. It’s what makes or breaks a look, for men or women or both🥰

I look at the overall appearance then look closer for the details of makeup, jewelry, hair, nails, heels ect.

I'm the same as Kendra! I'm trying to figure out how to get the look I want with eye makeup so that's what I'm looking at first. how do they get their eyes to pop without overdoing it. that skill has so far completely eluded me!

i check out their pedicure or manicure to see if mine is better or if i can try that color. i've had so many that its hard to pick out a color i haven't had yet. but every women is different. i love looking at flat stomachs, some have beautiful eyes, nice legs, i hate tattoos on women but so many have them now. their hair, cleavage, piercings (ears & bellybutton). cute feet, butt. everyone has something. could be their voice, smile, etc. i guess i just like looking.

First impression for me is just their overall look, then comes the clothes they are wearing.

Hey Ladies,

After extolling every part of the female anatomy, from HAIR to TOE, either touched by make-up, dress, shoes, or jewelry....IMMHO, it's the EYEBROWS and BROW BONE that make the biggest overall difference.

Sincerely and Humbly,

Your Sister,

Thea

@erinb N'worries. I'm signed up for Walmart+. $100/year, for which you get free shipping on practically everything. Walmart's return policy is fantastic if you're trying to dial in sizes. And I've added some incredibly classy pieces to my wardrobe from their very wide selection mostly for next to nothing! I've also shopped Torrid, Old Navy, and Amazon, but Walmart is my go-to. Lane Bryant and their subsidiaries I thought would be my go-to, but they're expensive, and returns are cumbersome compared to Walmart...Hope this helps you (and other readers) Example: tomorrow I'm going for a manicure. Planning to wear a Walmart top (Fantaslook brand tops really rock; under $15), Walmart faux leather leggings ($10) Over the calf boots (Torrid $25) and puffer winter coat (Old Navy $25)
