Ok girls,
I'm sure there are GGs that you've all seen and thought "I'd kill to look like her!" So here's your chance to share those thoughts...but with ground rules:
1. Maximum of 2 GGs
2. Preferably one currently living and one not quite achieving that status...otherwise known as dead!
3. No "my next door neighbour Betty Sue" (or similar). We need names we'll recognise...or can at least Google (other search engines are available).
4. Reasons? We want to know why you have such a strong connection with those GGs.
Right, I'll get the ball rolling...
Living: Jameela Jamil (Tahani from The Good Place).
Reason: She's the same height and similar build as me (ok I'm still heavier but getting lighter); stunningly attractive; amazing boobs; totally rocks strapless gowns and isn't afraid to show her stretch marks.
Deceased: Vivien Leigh
Reason: She has a vulnerability and insecurity that resonates with me...and I absolutely fell in love with her the first time I saw Waterloo Bridge (still one of my favourite films of all time).
Ok ladies over to you...
Xxx
I would be Mary Ann of Gulligan"s Island...……..that sitcom of the 60's. She had the pretty girl next door looks and was sensitive to other peoples feelings . I'd like her to have much longer hair in a pony tail. In todays tough world, she would adapt but still have that sweetness. I struggle with having to adapt and want to stay a sensitive sweet girl...………. karley
Living: This gave me some fits, but I would choose Jane Seymour. She's so elegant and gorgeous, even at her current age.
Dead: Marilyn Monroe. She was always dressed so sexy, makeup was perfect and men fantasized about her.
Good evening,
I'd have to say Jennifer Aniston.
Love her looks. Had a crush on her ever since Friends hit the airwaves. She, to me, shows real beauty and poise. I would watch her in anything she was in.
For the other, well that's a tough call. There are so many, but I will go with Grace Kelly.
Class act all the way. Besides, who wouldn't want to be a princess? Grace, style and beauty, she had it all. I almost went with Audrey Hepburn. Oops, that is three. Can't go over the limit.
I would love to be Terry Clark as she sings awesome!!!
I would love to Dale Evans would love to ride Roy Rogers!!
Raquel Welsh - She is the excellence of classy.
Joan of Arc - The Warrior......vision and goal orienteer.
These Girls were/are Class Acts....much as myself.....Dame Veronica Graunwolf - the Warrior, the leader and truth.
Dame Veronica Graunwolf - Knight Templar - Cathedral Rosslyn - Scotland
Yippe-ki-yay!!! You go girl!!!
Was always kinda' partial to Roy Rogers actually. I really dig those sequined shirts. 😉
xx
Good choices
Rules were made to be broken...go on and go over the limit 🙂
BTW, that is not me endorsing drink driving...just thought I'd make that clear. That's one limit we should all stay below 😉
xx
Christina...OMG yes!!!
That figure and those outfits she got to wear in Mad Men (particularly the early seasons)! Who wouldn't want to look in the mirror and have that vision of loveliness looking back. More's the point, who wouldn't want a lesbian relationship with her?!!!
xx
That's just one category...but at 85 I guess she's teetering on the edge!!! Haha
Sorry, I couldn't resist 🙂
xx
1)alive.Christina Hendricks in mad men. Clothes hair everything I'd love to look like her.lesbian affair O yes please.2) dead.can't choose between Jane Russell or Raquel welsh.great topic BTW.thought provoking! ❤ charlotte x
Daisy Duke. Long live Daisy.
So many to choose from but I’ll settle with Emma Stone or Miss Deadly Red a modern pin-up model. I have a thing for redheads.
As for some one no longer with us I would Betty Page. The classic beauty of the pin-up era.
Living it would have to be Pink she is so feisty and such a gorgeous looking woman, dead it would have to be Doris Day she was such a beautiful lady in her hay day and when she played calamity Jane she looked drop dead gorgeous in them buckskins x
I had to think about that one overnight before answering.
Not quite living: Clara Bow, the original "IT" girl and sex symbol of the jazz age. I've always though of myself as "the last jazz baby". Plus, she's a redhead!
Alive: Leah Thompson (another redhead). I've had a crush on her since I saw her in "Red Dawn" in 1984; loved her in the "Back to the Future" films, and on TV: Caroline in the City and the Alias Jane Doe series.
