To all my girlfriends and well wishers that have encouraged me over the last three weeks or so. I finally got some answers and while I am not "out of the woods" I certainly am in a much better place. The MRI showed the liver lesions were non cancerous and the other "spots" are of no great concern at this time. They are going to follow up quarterly with blood work and MRI's to identify any potential problems.
Please take care of your health. We are not getting younger. My concerns were found by accident due to an unrelated problem and did not show up on any blood test. Talk to your Dr about occasional imaging to identify hidden problems. Thank You again my friends ....LuvNHugs, TERI
Teri honey, this sounds like good news, if a little qualified. I'm so happy for you!
Hugs, Chrissie xx.
That's a relief for you Teri. and glad it isn't onerous. I had a similar experience when being scanned for something else and the wait to find out results was scary so know how you feel. As you say look after your health and if tests are available, get them done.
Good to hear of the positive prognosis. Yeas as we age we must monitor our health. -Traci
