Hi all. I've been able to secretly get dressed up to go out (or stay in) because my retired wife has, up to now, had regular half-day social engagements. However, my city in Oz is currently in lockdown, and she is no longer able (or willing) to go out. Any general advice on good places to change , and put on some makeup, away from home?

I've just returned home from an unsuccessful drive around trying to find a suitable place. While Canberra has lots of car parks in relatively secluded nature parks and lake areas, I've been finding that there is always somebody parked nearby!

Any ideas would be very welcome.

Hi Zsazsa,
Gosh yes it difficult to find secluded places to go. But outside park lands or woods etc are good places maybe early in the morning. Not sure if you can afford to rent a room somewhere for a few hours of me time to dress.
How about a change of clothes in the car, find a spot where you can change and have a few hour of en - femme driving.
If your at a park in a different location just get out and walk, most people won't even notice you I promise. Good luck sweetie lol Amanda xx

Thanks Stepanie. Canberra is known as the 'Bush Capital', with so many national parks/reserves near by. I think I will try to find a more secluded spot, and not have to worry about any passing traffic.

Cheers, Zsazsa

Thanks Amanda. While early morning is a good idea, that's not possible for me. When I'm not working, I'm sleeping in, and my wife would get suspicious 🙂. But getting a local motel room is sounding like a possibility - at least occasionally. Cheers. Zsazsa

This is so difficult! I used to be to areas that were generally public, sometimes very early in the morning and change in my car, or sitting with the door open in order to put something on, but one of the bigger problems now is, there are cameras everywhere!

I always dreaded being in the news...."A man was captured on camera apparently changing into womens clothes at the ........mall...early Saturday morning."

HAHAHA

But seriously, thought of renting a motel room once or twice, but who wants to spend the money for that!

Hang in there. Sometimes I just have to wait for when wifey is going to be away for a while.

Thanks Rebekka. Yes, cameras are a real issue.  Yesterday, there were a couple of places I had to give up on because of cameras, including a relatively secluded dirt track! Zsazsa.

I have always found it difficult. I live in a small town and find all kinds of areas to change. Some of the places I have send are church parking lots when empty, the parking lot of a funeral home when empty, school parking lots or side roads that have no residence on it.

I've used secluded roads and parking lots at night and changed in my back seat, though it is a bit difficult at times! The most difficult thing is the possibility of another car coming close, but I do live in a rural area which makes it easier.

"Not only but also" when out enfemme in the car, dont "drag,  drive and drink" and if you do,  just sips of water. Coffee etc will mean a visit to the ladies and you may not want to risk that.

So keep a small "suitable container" in the car for if and when that situation arises.

If you are not fussy "economical" motel rooms should not cost more than $A100.00

Hi Zsazsa ,first thing in the morning before anybody is up I am able to sit around in my lovely undies and catch up on CDH ,just before breakfast remove my forms and stockings/pantyhose ,then have a shower and get underdressed but without my forms and thats how I spend most of my days ,wish I could put a dress on ,make up, wig and jewelry but not possible as both my wife and I are retired and she doesn't know about my cd ,if she does go out for a few hours (not very often ) then I can fully dress and girl do I enjoy it ,I have thought about spending the night at a hotel but at present can't think of a reason to do it,have to work on that one . I can definitely relate to this. Lockdown has my wife afraid to go anywhere, so she is home all the time.
