I find myself drawn to (compelled to?) have “breasts” whenever I can in public.  I can’t pass and barely

have any women’s outerwear (jog bras, tight bike shorts, leggings) but I am always carefully stuffing with 5-6 panties for each breast giving me unmistakeable “breasts” in my jog bras.  This is fairly recent and I’m not sure what I’m trying to accomplish. I’m not signaling that I’m anything more than a man in a dress.  When I wear my D-cup bras at home (only at night for bed) I stuff the same way. I told myself it was so the shaped cups of my push-up/plunge t-shirt bras didn’t lose their shape with me sleeping on them.  But I don’t need to so that in a jog bra.  This is definitely more than my wife would be happy to see me do so why do I risk it? It isn’t a sexual excitement thing.  I do get a sense of happiness when walking my dog that way and women stop and talk to me (always about my dog) and I’m standing there clearly in a jog bra and leggings with large “breasts”.  I don’t know what they think of me or what I want them to think of me.

Okay girls any advice? Anyone else do this?

Thanks, Megan

@meganfachs I think someone inside is giving you the psychological nudge "please accept me and acknowledge I exist."  You will find wearing silicone forms to be exhilarating compared to cloth substitutes, too.  If you are in good shape - which it sounds like, if you're a jogger, then you will be more easily accepted.  You're not challenged or mocked out there?  They just make small talk?  that's a plus.  And remember you will not exactly be seen as a threat when you're dressed that way!  It sure looks like a winning scenario.  You are a lucky girl.

@meganfachs I remember the intoxicating rush I experienced when my late wife first got me into one of her bras (which she'd stuffed with some of her headscarves) and asked me how I felt having "breasts".

She was in on it with me and we used to have dress up nights at home over the weekends.

It was only after her sad passing that I began buying clothes in my own sizes and one day, wanting to create a more authentic female profile in a blouse I had bought, also donned a bra (my correct size) which I filled with rice-stuffed pantyhose cut-offs.

I have since acquired a pair of silicone breasts and there is truly nothing more fulfilling than having those naturally swaying - slightly weighty - breasts filling out my dresses.

Once in a while, I parade out on my driveway in the evening fully dressed (forms, wig and heels) and feel enormous satisfaction in the very different way passing women interact with me as opposed to when I am in man mode.

Love,

Katherine

PS I once researched the whole thing of naturally growing my own breasts, but I am not sure that this would be practical, given the demands of my work and social life in which I am known as a male.

I'll bite.

There have got to be some interesting stories in that situation, if you care to repeat them. 😉

@meganfachs My take is a bit different. When I was a young teenager I developed breasts similarly as the girls did.  I have a condition called gynomastia which is a hormonal imbalance that causes males to develop breast tissue. I was always so ashamed and tried to hide behind baggy clothes. I was once publicly ridiculed by a girl in front of some of my friends about my issue. This was not easy for me growing up. In my 20's I gained a lot of weight which only made them bigger. In my 30's I lost a lot of weight but they stayed with me. In my 40's and 50's I've came to fully accept and embrace my whole self to where I now actually appreciate them. On the bright side I've never had to spend any money on forms.  I wear a D cup when dressed and a binder type bra or compression top under my regular clothes when in male mode.  Younger me seriously considered have them removed but older me is perfectly happy to stay just the way I am.

@mkat3874 Might I suggest you wear your bra and don’t bind yourself up. It is so intensely satisfying letting them bounce and sway and show! I’ve crossed dressed since I was a young kid on and off. Always wanted to have my own breast. Worn forms many times over the years. Just over two years ago I kind of like “bloomed,” I now have natural 42 H breasts and I tell you, it is so satisfying, letting them show under my shirts or sweaters. I’m old enough that I really don’t care what others think. I just wish it happen 20 yrs sooner. I have never had anybody say anything, maybe a few looks, but most people don’t really care.

@mkat3874  Oh Michelle and Dawn, I completely understand.  When my unannounced breasts appeared (I'm intersex) I was completely freaked and hid them.  Then in time I made peace with them and we learned to live together.  Now they can announce me as I enter the room or sleep quietly under my clothes if I wish to be unnoticed.  Hugs,  Marg

@meganfachs I have a pair of “ little twins and big twins “. The greatest feeling is wearing them adhesive and braless when I sleep.  Of all the items we have, they make us most a woman, enjoy!

@missylinda Hear!! Hear!! Lorraine, have not had the chance to sleep "properbra less" for over 12 months. Just haev to be content iwth my "Self adhesives" in my bra. Tho come morning, I do take my bra off and just lay on my back and my "breasts" fall to either side.

@meganfachs Ive always been a breast man. always have had to make sure Im not staring. but so far no one has ever said my eyes are up here so I probably hide it well.  I find my roaming eyes are alot easier to control after Ive had my own on for a while. which is why I ended up with a breastplate as I did adhesive forms for a few years. the view from above with a breasplate is amazing.  but even before I had any of that Socks and water balloons did the trick.  breasts for me are the single most feminine thing and most noticeable from POV . I have always fantasized about having real breasts and wish just once I could experience that.  Ive also wondered if breast implants feel the same as real breasts . I guess only a woman that has had a mastectomy could answer that. but ill never ask my mom. lol.  Cheers RC

so far no one has ever said my eyes are up here

I said that to myself, once.

While shopping, I had a question for a nearby clerk. She couldn't answer me fully, so she called probably some sort of supervisor over and she was asked the question. By now a small crowd of employees started to gather. Good grief! It wasn't that serious of a question.

When the supervisor started to give her answer, she just couldn't take her eyes off of my small chest bumps.

I said to myself, "Hey, my eyes are up here!" 🫣

If you want the real feel without spending a lot of money. Put two balloons in each other and fill with water. You can make to your desired size. The feeling when you walk or jog is fabulous , Give it a try you won't regret it. If they break it's only water not a $200 silicon filled. Just don't over fill you'll know.

Having breasts is my one wish for a body change. If I could grow my own breasts I would be in heaven. I love my fem clothing from lingerie outwards. But the feeling of a full bra with shape and weight to it is heaven. the shape that a full bra gives to dresses or blouses is amazing.

I keep a bra and a set of forms in my car. When I go out alone, I almost always stop and put them on, no matter what I'm wearing. I to don't pass as I have no wig and have never tried makeup....yet. I just love the feel of them and looking down and enjoying the view. If I were to suddenly grow my own, I'd be thrilled.

im kind of in the same direction, i dont do the whole girl thing, although i have in the past, i consider myself an "it", more so a boy that really likes girl things, but i find myself wanting to wear a bit of "padding" in a bra out and about, not enough to be super noticeable, but enough to give me a bit more boob...and then at home i like wearing bras with my B forms in, preferring the look of breasts with my boatload of dresses i wear around the house..and im guilty of wearing a soft, well padded bra to bed, like the sight and feel of them! Dont know why, but life is too short not to enjoy what i enjoy! GF has known since first date, so its a non issue with anything i wear.

For me, it's because I want to look in the mirror and see the woman I have always been! I also want them so I can be seen by the world as Lauren too!

Use warm or hot water to fill, once they get cooled down you’ll know why. Rice is also a good filler, mostly for weight but not so much bounce.

The thought or desire to have breasts is an extension of the desire to appear female when we see our reflection in the mirror or when you walk out in public. Breasts give you shape, adds curves, proportions and is one of the most recognizable identifying characteristic of being female. Having breasts forms was definitely a defining moment for me in crossdressing. I was able to create cleavage and depth with a little makeup augmentation. My breasts forms are a C cup though for fun I have a breastplate in D's. Just love my breasts when they are all snuggled up in my push up bra or comfortably covered under a camisole.

There seems to be something magical about breasts. They are the source of our first nutrition and later the source of a great many fixations! As a male gendered person my breasts are small and insignificant from a dressing pov but they are very sensitive and sensual to me. I also love wearing my breast forms and having a full figured look. While they can't match real breasts from a "feel" perspective I do love the weight and feel of them not to mention the profile!

I've used cool not cold but not hot due to expansion from steam.

I know the feeling. I love wearing forms even when in total hit mode. I often wear them with a loose shirt so they are not too obvious. They just feel good to wear and to give the occasional squeeze when out and about. I have always loved boobs, and they are far and away my favorite femme feature and the feature I most enjoy emulating.

Though I started out by wearing panties, I quickly moved into bras because that is what I most enjoy seeing pretty women wearing.

I love wearing my breast forms,  I have 4 different sizes but prefer my C-cup ones best to fit my body. They help complete the feminine package

I love the bounce.  Even just 5-6 nylon panties in a breast shape for both sides in a jog bra has a little bounce. I’m guessing if I had proper forms the effect would be even better.

The weight in the bra, the way they help the bra, teddies, camis, and other clothes look feminine… exactly.  I really should consider forms.  So many questions and “features” I’d want from them… I’m sure there are threads here to start learning…
