I woke with a bad headache and it was going to be stupid hot here again today, which may have been what caused the head, anywho...I decided to take the day and stay home.
I was just pitter pattering around inside the house alone so had on JUST a simple loose and light skirt. After a while I needed something from my vehicle which is parked beside the detached garage about 50' from the house, no big deal right? Well this is where things seem to have changed and I'm not sure how or when.
At any other point in my life I would have just gone and done it without a second thought, probably have thousands of times, but today I stopped, literally, it just didn't feel proper to head out the door without first putting a top on. I laughed, shook my head, looked down at my skirt...and put a top on so I could go out there.
I reflected on it later but still remain a little baffled by yet another mental adjustment.

Just a guess, but I'm going to presume your head, like mine, is in girl mode when that skirt goes on...and we have been raised to believe that proper girls just don't go outside uncovered.

Hi Olivia I feel the same way now. In the past I would never even think about going out topless. I am not sure what happened. I was getting dressed the other morning . Put on my panties wide leg yoga pants I could not find the top I normally wear with yoga pants.I started to go down stairs to look in the laundry room and stopped my self I went back to closet and grabbed a white top i always love wearing but it had long sleeves so i wore it any way. I know it is acceptable by society for men to go without a top. Maybe we are just becoming proper ladies. Luv Stephanie
I have stopped myself mid stride about to go outside many times without a bra and top on, even to just get the mail which is only like 5 feet from the door. I used to think that it was that male part of me trying to get out and remind me that he was still here. But here at home, he is only allowed out now to get ready for work and change afterwards, but I still have to watch out occasionally
