A belated father's day gift, cute sandals!
But there is a back story here. About two months ago, wifey "flipped out" about my crossdressing. I knew that she was not 100% supportive but put up with it, and we would occasionally laugh about me dressing. She has known before we were married (40+ years ago) that I have a fem side and enjoy wearing gals shoes and sandals.
I don't hide anything from her, but honesty since the incident we have not discussed crossdressing in any manner and our relationship had been strained. That makes me sad. I love that gal.
Over the weekend, she handed me a box and told me happy belated father's day. The box was about the size of a shoe box, but given the current situation I was skeptical. When I opened the box I found a beautiful pair of Clarks women's wedgie thong sandals. I was surprised and happy when I saw the gift. And they fit great and look wonderful.
I hugged and thanked her for the gift, and affirmed to her that I love wearing gals shoes and really like the pair she gave me. She smiled and said yes, I know.
As for our relationship and her accepting of crossdressing, I don't know. But I sincerely hope we can begin discussing it and get back on track with our relationship. Time will tell. In the meantime, I am enjoying summer wearing my new sandals from wifey.

@sf Hey Staci, lovely surprise for you. My wife has no inkling about Chrissie and if she did it would be disastrous. It's always good to hear other girls' stories. We've read many times here that communication and respect for boundaries is the key so I think you are approaching things in the best manner.

sometimes I feel like my wife would be supportive but at the same time I think she will make my life miserable so I prefer to be a closeted CD 🙁
