Hi, Alice, the Firefox app is available for ipad on the app store and I'd also agree with Asteena and others, try clearing the browser history. Be aware though, that you'll most likely have to sign back in to most, if not all, websites. I do this periodically and found that it does solve a lot of issues.

Hi Asteena, It’s an iPad not an iPhone. I tried a second iPad and continue to see the same message.I apologise I thought you were using a computer. On your Iphone you can do the same.
Go to settings
Go down to Safari, you may have to select Apps first
Scroll down to the bottom and select “Clear history and website data”
This may help
If your phone is an old IOS it may not update.
Find a family member that has just replaced their not too old Apple Phone and confiscate their old one for yourself.

Clearing the cache will remove the history and all links so yes, I’ll have to log back in.
