Can't log in

And, as if by magic, a second restart of my computer & router solved the problem. Logged in even quicker than normal, like a second rather than the 5 to 10 seconds it usually takes after clicking "sign in". Weird!

Actually I had that same issue today.

I couldn’t log in on my iPad, only on my phone.

It took 3 switch offs and clearing all Website data to get it to work.

I can't log in on my desktop PC but I can on my laptop.  Go figure.

I can’t log in either from my laptop. I tried a few restarts and clearing all web data but no luck. My phone does work though.

I couldn’t log in using the web site of CrossdresserHeaven.com, but if I did a google search on just crossdresser heaven, and clicked on any of the links after the search, I could log in successfully.  I wonder if we are all using a VPN?

Same problem logging on with my PC.

Go to any other CDH page except the home page, click Login and it should work. At least it did for me.

I had trouble yesterday as well every page went to a 494 message. I cleared cookies and it fixed it

Same issue logging in on home page this morning. As you suggested, I went to another page and log in was immediate & successful.

Still having problems. Tried multiple restarts and cleared everything and nothing helped. I even tried a different browser (Chrome vs. Edge) and no luck. I’m using my phone but it’s not great for replying to forum posts.

Yes, it’s happening for me again too.
It cleared up last night, but is happening again today.

Am also experiencing log-in problems, along with slow d/l of photos in the photo section.  I seem to have stumbled on a remedy for the log-on issue, at least for me, by clicking on one of the pull-down tabs (i.e. Groups, Forums, Articles, etc.) right after I sign in.  After doing this, the sign-in issue resolves, and CDH operates normally, at least for the current session, until my next attempt too sign-in.  Sometimes, I am offered a second sign-in window, despite the fact I am already signed in.  Nevertheless, I will sign-in a second time, and amazingly, everything starts working normally!

This happens with both Firefox & Chrome browsers.

The slow d/l of photos in photo section improves, when I use the Chrome browser.

For the record, prior to every CDH session, I clean everything up, using a utility called "Crap Cleaner," so my cache is empty, etc. nothing to slow me down.  I have no other sign-in issues on any other sites I use.

These issues can be annoying, so hopefully, the technical persons are reading the comments here and working on these issues.

I found I could log on by following a message link although I was blocked from reading messages but otherwise had the same problems as you. It started as an Edge problem but spread to Crome and eventually my tablet also failed to log on.

I wonder if certain links are being corrupted although I found clearing the cache made no difference and  there could be something corrupted embedded in URLs somewhere. Probably one for an IT expert which I am not!

Fortunately I was able to log by searching for the site on the browser and following the link this morning and could access everything.

Yep, same for me, logged straight in this morning as usual, no problems.

I had the same experience as Jennifer. Typing in crossdresserheaven dot com on either my Firefox or Edge browsers didn't work. Did a web search for crossdresserheaven, clicked on the link and everything went fine. Strange.

thanks for reporting the issue. We made some changes yesterday to help alleviate this.
Can you clear your browser cache and cookies and let me know if you experience any login issues after that?

Vanessa, my log in this morning, October 20th, from the home page proved to be as before, a failure. I clicked "sign in" after adding my credentials and went about another task in the house. 15 minutes later, it was still waiting for the "log in successful".  I went to the Social tab and logged in successfully from there.

To be sure, I cleared cookies again, I use CCleaner Pro every time my browser (Firefox) closes, restarted my computer and tried logging in from the home page again. Same issue. I was able to log in from the Social tab again with no issues.

I did the same thing and I was able to log in! Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks to all who were involved in fixing this, I have now been able to log in successfully from the home page for 3 days in a row.
